I stayed at this fabulous hotel in May with a group of friends. We all loved our clean, modern rooms—and greatly enjoyed the ambience of the hotel. We also enjoyed the pool and the quiet, rural setting. The staff were all very helpful—and the food wonderful. Highly recommend

We had an overnight stay in October and had an absolutely lovely time. Everything was perfect from lunch on arrival, a dip in the fabulous pool, pre-dinner drinks on the terrace and a wonderful weaving meal. Everyone was so friendly and happy to have a chat and give us ideas on where to go during our week’s stay. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back

This hotel is just outside of a small town, walkable, nestled in a rural setting of olive trees and pastures. The road leading to the hotel is very narrow but you will hardly ever meet oncoming traffic and even if there are snall spaces to pull in. There are different rooms to chose from, some are more modern than others. There is a wonderful pool with plenty of seating, an honesty bar, open till midnight, where you can get drinks and a wonderful restaurant. Our evening meals There were delicious, best food we had on the island! You can also order cold snacks for lunch. Reception staff and waiting staff are very friendly and helpful. Pool/Beach towels available at reception. Breakfast wasn't fantastic, not too many choices, but ok. What was really bothersome were the many wasps that decented on you as soon as you sat down to eat. Unpleasant. Staff tried to put little wasp traps down but not enough. I am not sure what could be done, but it was a real nuisance while eating. Otherwise amazing, tranquil, a beautiful little oasis.

This is our second visit and the hotel does not disappoint. Beautiful grounds in a very peaceful relaxing setting with a lovely pool. This time we had a superior twin with patio which was nice but I much prefer their junior suites. Breakfast is good and the staff are wonderful. All in all a gem

I thought this hotel was beautiful - very traditional but luxurious too. The setting is perfect and the outdoor areas including the pool are beautiful. You feel instantly relaxed as soon as you walk in. The bedroom (number 14) was extremely comfortable and breakfast was varied and very high quality - good coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, perfectly ripe fruit, delicious eggs. I have no criticisms. The hotel staff were very kind and accommodating. They dealt with a couple of issues for us without complaint and they allowed us a late check out which was very helpful. I thoroughly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return. It's even better than the photos, especially inside.

We have stayed at here for 9 days and are delighted with our choice. The location is brilliant, 5 mins from the lovely local beach and 30 mins from anywhere at all on the island. We went all over! Our room was a junior suite which was extremely comfortable and extremely clean, the cleaning staff are exceptional! Breakfast is nice on the terrace with views of the countryside and sea beyond. The swim pool makes a welcome break at the end of a long day on the beach! Will definitely return- highly recommend. It Dali had an extremely good restaurant.

We planned 5 quick days in the sun and visited this hotel for the first time, although we visited before it was completed some years ago.. We booked a suite with private pool. The one room was large enough with the sink and bath dominating in the middle of the room. There was a loo to the left and a brilliant shower to the right. Double doors leading to the private patio and plunge pool area, which was such a disappointment. The patio was surrounded by 3/4 feet high stone block walls with a wooden fence on top, so no view at all. There was no greenery on the patio which made it feel very austere and unfortunately the sun did not hit the pool until late afternoon making it rather chilly. I would not book this room again. That said, the main pool was wonderful and the gardens a dream. Eating out for breakfast and dinner on the terrace a delight. A note here, just because you are a resident does not guarantee a table for dinner. Twice, although we tried to book for dinner early morning we were told that the dinning room was booked with outside guests. The hotel will offer to book you into a local restaurant if you do not know the area, but be forewarned if you want to eat in the hotel each evening book before you travel. The staff at dinner and breakfast are delightful all be it so quick you can be in and out after a 3 course dinner in half an hour! Unfortunately there is not a bar to socialise only a very limited honesty bar where you purchase drinks and take to your room, so no cocktails unless you make them yourselves. The hotel does not serve lunch. Having been going to Menorca for over 30 years I do not think we would stay here again as it was expensive and without any personal service.

PROS • The most beautiful grounds. The photos on TripAdvisor don’t do it justice. The property is especially stunning at sunset, as there’s a western exposure. The light is amazing. I just can't emphasize enough how pretty it is • Very quiet hotel. I didn’t hear a thing in my room • Extremely efficient restaurant and housekeeping staff • Upscale (outdoor) dining onsite • Friendly owners and front desk staff. They helped me to confirm entry requirements, print my ticket, and navigate a nearby hike • Excellent hike down to the beach, Cami de Cavalls is within walking distance • Covid-safe. You don’t ever have to go indoors if you don’t want to. In the rare times you do, everyone wears a mask • Great for bird lovers. Sitting at the pool, you’re directly in their flight path. Turtle doves are always nearby, cooing • Adorable bar that looks like a lot of fun once the pandemic is over. It’s currently an honor bar • The set up is conducive to meeting other guests • Easy parking • Mini-fridge, AC, good Wi-Fi that extends to the pool CONS • A lot of flies in my room. Maybe it was the time of the year (September), and I realize that staying at agritourismos means bumping up against nature, but I was killing them every day. Recommendation: provide flyswatters so guests don't have to use the (really nice) monogrammed hand towels for swatting • Flimsy pillows • Tortuous half-mile drive to the property. It’s do-able, but definitely rent a small car

If I were to judge this hotel for location and the surroundings, it would be 10 from 5. It's really a beautiful place. The staff are wonderful and they are very eager to help guests. I The standard of the cleaning is really high but we stayed in room 5 and our room was getting cleaned in the late afternoon which I find annoying. At this price point this could be improved. Second point is the food. It's not bad but it is also quite inconsistent and doesn't live up to the rest of the experience. I ate steak on 3 different nights, first night overcooked with no seasoning, second night perfectly cooked, under seasoned, third night perfectly seasoned over cooked. Same with tartar, first time perfect, second time no seasoning. The dining area though is really incredible and the cheese desert is one of the best things I've ever eaten. One other point that I dont care about but may be important to others is the WiFi, I think some rooms it works well, others not. So small things that would create a perfect hotel.

The moment we arrived, we felt like long lost family! Anna welcomed us and took us around the grounds, they are gorgeous; tranquil, well manicured and typically spanish. From thw walled sunken gardens (where the tortoises live) to the sweeping paths down to the warm pool and beyond, where you eye is drawn to the seaview. Looking back at the impressive finca/farmhouse, where the outside terrace offers a lovely setting for breakfast and dinner, the views and peace adding to the charms! We stayed in a junior suite, complete with whirlpool bath, walk in shower, emperor bed and plunge pool on the re private terrace, it was quite idyllic. All the staff were helpful and friendly, making their presence known but at no point intrusive. The standard of the food and attention to detail was fantastic, we really felt looked after in the best sense. The drive ro the hotel once through Es Mijorn Gran is tight for larger cars, drive slowly and watch your wheel arches. This hotel, it's setting, it's staff and it's food, all are of the highest calibre, we had a wonderful stay, thank you!
