Friendly staff. Located in a Quiet area. Room was very warm (There was no heating on) but there was a fan in the room . Plenty of parking spaces also :) Pillows seemed to be less 'puffy' than other Premier Inns that we have stayed in . .. Just used extra :)

Nothing was too much trouble for staff, Clean spacious room. Only draw back is that the entrance to the Restuarant is on the far side of the building - not far to walk ..........Unless of course, you do it doing the heaviest downpour since Noah landed (Hardly the hotel's fault)

Arrived at the hotel and tried to book in. This took some time as the hotel card machine had a broken cable connection which required about 5 mins of moving about before it would register. I asked about booking breakfast and was advised that whilst there is a Toby Carvery across the road, this is not anything to do with...

Premier Inns are what they are. Rooms are clean and tv and tea, coffee . Beds are comfortable but we did have exceptional service from Fran who went out of her way to help us with some luggage. very handy for Aintree. Various restaurants within walking distance.

Reception staff were brilliant with the kids and were really helpful at recommending local places to visit. Only criticism is that the rooms get a little hot and although you can leave the windows open at night, you will be woken by the traffic on the neighbouring dual carriageway from around 5am.

I've always been a fan of Premier Inn for a stay when I'm travelling and this one didn't let me down. We arrived late after a long drive and Tibor, the receptionist couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming. The bed was large and comfortable and we both slept like a log. In the morning, the shower was hot and...

Brilliant place to stay IF YOU CHECK TO SEE WHATS ON AT THE RACE COURSE. You could not fault the staff, service or the room. What you can fault is the location. At about 2am I was woken up by some drunken women singing (private function at the Race Course) and then woken up again at about 7am - Security...

It's a pretty standard premier inn. No onsite facilities but a bar and carvers next door and a few restaurants and shops nearby. Stayed here while motor racing and the restaurant next door doesn't start breakfast until 7 which was a bit pre for us.

Stopped here for one night, not one of Premier Inns best. Rooms weren't up too much not the cleanest. Person above was walking about till 0100hrs floorboards are very noisy and doors were banging. TV was old and the remote was filthy. The whole place needs renovation to a better standard. Although it has no connection with Premier Inn the...
