The covered car park at this Hotel is free for guests,As you enter the Hotel there is warm air blowing over you, which is a good start on a cold day and the Receptionist,Lorna, was very efficient and welcoming. There is a lot of natural light inside this hotel which makes for a good, warm atmosphere. I stayed for 2 nights due to client meetings in Chertsey, I had not got good experience staying in there. Toiletries are not replenish d, no water bottles are placed as part of room cleaning, though 2 water bottles are available per day without any charge, no separate housekeeping number, you have to call reception, and the best part is...

We stayed here for a long weekend on a B&B basis. The room was really good and the staff are friendly and helpful. The Breakfast is varied and we even had two evening meals which were very nice and reasonably priced for the area when compared to other places we saw.

We had a really enjoyable lunch . The service from all the staff was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. They were attentive and thoughtful and aware of the special needs of some of the group. The food was excellent too. A GREAT start to 2017

Visiting area again. Sorry, but the latest evening menu is much reduced than it used to be and not inspiring. The prices however have increased.. If vegetarian or choosing a meat-free evening then I wouldn't recommend a visit as there is far less less choice than there used to be. On the main menu there was a choice of a...

A shabby reception with a retro shag pile rug, tired rooms and decor, and equally tired / disinterested staff. In dire need of some renovation and leadership. A budget hotel in every sense of the word. The Travelodge is better value.
