I have just stay at the Beeches with 7 other women on our usual annual weekend away and can honestly say what a fantastic time we all had. It was so relaxing and so welcoming. As soon as Jude opened the door to welcome us all I knew we were going to have a great time. Nothing was too much... More

Had a fantastic stay here as part of our Spey descent by canoe. Wonderful rooms, great food, huge portions, friendly service. Why stay anywhere else? We will be back! Very well situated for the Spey, distilleries, Aviemore etc.

I stayed at the Beeches in October 2011 with my husband and daughter and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jude and Dave were so friendly and we really felt welcomed into their home. The 2 bedrooms we had were large and cosy and although they do not have en-suite bathrooms the two bathrooms that are available to guests are nearby... More

Jude and Dave were lovely hosts and made us feel welcome from the outset. The rooms were nicely appointed, the 'relaxation' room on the ground floor (with open fire) was a lovely; just what the doctor ordered after a day out on the river! Dave is incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and offer's an amazing array of activities (we... More

Dave and Jude are superb hosts, attentive and understanding, they will do everything possible to make your stay unique and enjoyable. They have retained the Victorian styyle of the building while ensuring a level of comfort... More

Jude and Dave are definitely the host and hostess with the most and mostest. We have had the privilege of staying there on various occasions over the past few years. Staying at The Beeches is a therapy on its own - peaceful and tranquil. What is it that makes The Beeches what it is apart from Jude and Dave? You... More

My two daughters (aged 5 and 3) and I stayed at the Beeches for 2 nights (Aug 4 & 5 2011) on the recommendation of a local friend. Our room was lovely - spacious and very clean and comfortable, as were the bathrooms. The breakfast was absolutely amazing (we sampled the fresh fruit, honey/blueberry/raisin porridge, smoked salmon, scrambled/poached eggs, homemade jams)... More

Our room was very comfortable, and tea on the lawn was great while watching the red squirrels playing in the trees. The Breakfast was wonderful (smoked salmon and egg on a toasted bagel was my choice). We will be back
