Lovely hotel with comfortable rooms of a good size, clean and warm. We were on "Turkey and Tinsel" break and the food was tasty and plentiful. Excellent entertainment. Friendly, hardworking staff. Well run hotel.

Really helpful staff who gave us a warm welcome. Rooms clean and comfortable, and just a little 'tired' in terms of decor, but not enough to be significant. Also moved us after one night to another room without any fuss at all. Reason for wanting to move was because we had a disturbed night with the traffic passing right by... More

Came here for one night after getting an email with a deal. It's obviously a coach hotel. But our bathroom was almost brand new. Everything clean and tidy, staff friendly. Breakfast good. Went to the glen hotel for a steak and their quiz night. A brilliant wee break

For true Highland hospitality come to the Highlander, a hotel renowned for its good food and warm welcome. The hotel is an ideal base for touring the North of Scotland with mountain ranges, forests, lochs and river valleys waiting to be explored. Wind down in our inviting restaurant serving an array of dishes made from locally sourced produce.
