My husband and I are both senior citizens and since we retired, we like to travel, but during the pandemic it was impossible. June 8. 2022 was our first trip in more than two years and we decided to go to one of our favourite destinations, Iberostar Encenachos, Cuba…Which was a wonderful choice & we met up with several old friends, including Randy, at the pool, Xavier in the dining room, Carlos & Yulier. Once again we had a great vacation, but unfortunately my husband, Norbert accidentally fell down the stairs. Fortunately he had no broken bones, but he did need medical attention. Iberostar has a doctor & a nurse on call 24/7 & they both responded within minutes of the accident & they took control of the situation and applied several bandages. Every day they insisted that he return to have fresh bandages applied. The doctors and nurses. Maria, Agnes, Joel & Yaneli, must have done a wonderful job, because when we returned home our family doctor was amazed that his wounds had healed so well. Thank you very, very much Maria, Agnes, Joel & Yaneli. Cuba has wonderful healthcare, doctors & nurses. There are many people at Iberostar that I want to thank, but I am very bad with remembering names and if I don’t write their name down, I forget. Thank you to everyone who helped us out…the lovely ladies that cleaned our room… everyone in the dining room…the people at the front desk…the gardeners that keep the property beautiful and all the other friendly Cuban people. We will return and hopefully soon and my hope is that they give us a room on the ‘ Planta Baja ‘.…

There was a lot of entertainment and it was amazing! 10/10 would recommend. Lots of activities throughout the resort such as drinking games and even a Michael Jackson show. The best activities are by the beach and the pool side. Nivan was one the best entertainers at the hotel and was extremely helpful. Before Covid he was a fitness instructor and it shows!

WHAT am incredible resort! After 11 glorious days we had to return home…. Only to start planning our next trip here with more family and friends 😊 The beach, pools, rooms, grounds are beautiful. We were well fed with a delicious selection of foods. My daughter and I just returned from our first time at Iberostar Enchenachos where we had a lovely time! The weather was hot and humid and was a perfect place to relax and read. We would like to give a shout out to Hector, the entertainer, he was always smiling and was super personable. To Dismar, from the lobby front desk, his calm and pleasant demeanour was so appreciated. Jorgito the bartender made the most delicious drinks! There were countless others who also made our stay enjoyable. We will look forward to returning again.

Stayed at the Iberostar Ensenachos from May 21st to 28th….this is our 2nd trip to this hotel and our expectations were exceeded. We first visited in 2019 and due to Covid couldn’t go back until now…spectacular beaches ..Ensenachos is synonymous to Turks & Caicos and Megano beach is fun and happening with a great beach resto and music and activities. The most beautiful thing about this hotel is their people who take pride in making their guests feel at home. Brian at reception is the newest member of this team and his attention to detail is impeccable. Always something to eat at the buffet and let your imagination guide your senses in creating something great. Great breakfast omelettes even hash browns on occasion and pancakes! We enjoyed the grilled sandwich options at Ensenachos beach offering ham & cheese, grilled chicken sandwich and hamburgers! Special shout out to the most efficient waiter at the buffet Yuri who we met again after our last visit. He is outstanding and his attention to detail exceeded our expectations 👍he always had the nicest bottle of red wine to offer. Every single member of this team were friendly and attentive to guests .
