It was great, after a private ride through the National Park and after crossing the Nile it was a great experience to be well received. After the whole day in the car, the place was quiet and the other guests also seemed to enjoy there time in this location. What I found charming was on the hand the action, that...

The lodge is nice and is located in a nice location. Off season, you can get prices for foreigners as low as hundred bucks. HOWEVER, reception upon booking did not tell us that the ferry boat was in the process of going into a 1 week break for servicing the engines, as otherwise people would book north side of park....

Very, very friendly staff. They do everything they can to make your stay comfortable. All food very good, we had dinner and lunch-box. Wifi is only at the...

I am reading the reviews in great surprise, since our experience there was a complete disappointment. The rooms and toilets were not clean at all, the water in rooms smelt iron rust and the power goes off sometime after 9 or 10 pm. I guess the high price for the rooms can only be attributed to its proximity to the...

CyprusEffie, We are sorry to read that you had such a bad experience at the Lodge. Management and the owner have looked into your complaints extensively. As our records indicate, you were actually upgraded from the bandas (which was the price you were quoted by the travel agent) to our self contained cottages and as it stands, we are still...

This place is beautiful! The guest houses were adorable and very clean, the bathrooms and showers were clean and spacious, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was very impressed with the food as well; there were many courses of wonderful and fresh food (made to order!) The staff made sure that everything was perfect and that we...

We stayed at Sambiya during a weekend in Murchison and had a lovely time. The lodge made us feel like family, generously assisted us in planning our weekend and game drives, and topped it off with wonderful food and beautiful surroundings. Best service, clean rooms far from civilization. I enjoyed my stay really a lot. I highly recommend to fellow adventurers. Buffaloes come to the valley next to the resort and you can watch them from your room. Great experience and very nice and helpful owner of the resort. I would love to come back sometime.
