Stayed 5 nights at Sunil's. We were greeted by the very pleasant manager and showed around immediately. The place is very clean, the staff are professional and very friendly. The rooms are placed around the garden where one may lounge or enjoy the tasty breakfast. Excellent breakfast, cozy environment. Each room has a large balcony/terrace. Good value for your money,...

My friends and I loved our stay here. The rooms are spacious, beds comfy, and the A/C works well. Hot water, too. The location is perfect - not on the beach but about 10 meters from the sand. The manager was the nicest! He made sure we were happy and comfortable the entire stay. He was nice enough to store...

Lovely room on the top floor. Good bed. Large bathroom. Peacefully, on Saturday night you can hear the music from the beach, but only slightly when the door is closed. People in the hotel are friendly and helpful. The manager Halupahana did much to give us a good service. Fine breakfast

Stayed with family (5 kids and parents) Situated at the road Just achter the beach, the spot is very good. No possibility to look at the beach though. People are as everywhere very friendly, breakfast very good. Rooms Ok, but hardly any water from the shower. The place looks more as a hostel. Small soap provided. We paid 132.000 rupia's...

This place was just lovely. We spent 5 nights here. Pros: Hot shower. Very comfortable bed, surrounded by well fitted mosquito net (none got in!!!) Huge patio with 2 chairs, a table and a built in lounge chair. Best wifi we experienced in Sri Lanka. Restaurant on site. We had banana chocolate pancakes here, a full breakfast (omelette, toast, marmalade,...

The food and coffee are average but with decent prices for the location. However the speed of service is beyond unacceptable. Once seated it takes on average 10 minutes for someone to even come take an order. Our first time we ate here our food came out before our coffees did.

Pros: Good breakfast and coffee Comfortable bed Clean and basic large rooms (we had downstairs nonAC room). Very close to beach Cons: Be sure of your dates, if you decide you want to change you will have to pay extra as Sunil charges by the night so the longer you stay the cheaper you get it. We paid an additional...

We went everyday for breakfast, lunch, snacks or just a coffee. Great coffee and the cakes are amazing! Lovely seating area and very relaxing. Prices are similar to all of the other cafes and restaurants. Across the road from the beach.
