This hostel is located on the side of the Omiš cliffs just under a 13th Century fortress! It’s a stunning location and very relaxed vibes. Beds are clean and comfortable. Rooftop terrace offers incredible views. Staff are very accommodating and helpful.

Wonderful hostel! Excellent location - 1 minute from the Old Town, but in a quiet location. Stunning view from the terrace. Clean sheets. Comfortable rooms - with individual lockers and sockets at each bed. A sufficient number of bathrooms. There is an equipped kitchen, you can cook. Julian is the best manager! A hospitable, friendly, pleasant person.

Staying at this hostel was so relaxing and we felt very much at home. The host, Maki, always made sure we were happy and even booked us on some trips which was very helpful!
The room we stayed in was in the attic which was really cool, the windows offering a much appreciated breeze! Definitely recommend this hostel.

For what we paid what we received was amazing. We stayed in the private double room which was clean and tidy. Bathrooms were always exceptionally clean. There was an oven and fridge should you choose to cook. Maki was incredibly friendly and helpful. The beach is 5 minutes around the corner, all the restaurants are located within a minute. Bus stop in Omis where you can get a bus to many other locations. If you speak with Maky he can arrange a taxi to Split airport for a much cheaper price than is advertised on the internet. Only thing I would say is that nothing was 'sound proofed' to any extent. If someone came in late at night then you would be able to hear them closing doors and walking up the stairs, which did as the week went on get a little frustrating but other than that it was a perfect stay.

Omis is definitely a hidden paradise. The hostel is walking distance from the beach, in the mountains. They use the actual rock mountains as walls, combined with clean white walls. The bed in the private room is quite uncomfortable though, with the mattress bending in the center. The staff is quite friendly, even though there's no reception or anything fancy - you make the payment and store your bags in the kitchen - but for me it just made the place even more cozy and nice. Staff recommends you lots of stuff to do, and will even book it for you. I'd recommend the dorms, and the private room upstairs, but not the ground floor apartment because of the mattress (which I hope they fix soon!). Omis is a beautiful place and this hostel will make your stay even nicer,

Hostel Omis offers lots of value for the money, and a really nice and safe stay.
The hostel has a young and fresh vibe, and it's located by the mountain, so when we are walking inside we get the feeling we are walking in a real cave.
It's also located old town, with a very nice view from the rooms and terrace.
The host "Maki" is a super-professional, easy going and friendly guy, always helpful with everyting you ask for.
Highly recommended! :)

I stayed here during may spring break for a week. The kitchen and bathroom were very clean, points for that! Very homey feeling. Located in the city center, beautiful view from the terrace. The hostel during my stay was pretty empty, I guess because it was off season, but who'll not enjoy a private bathroom? :)
One thing to consider - female/male room, not mixed rooms. :)

We came to Omis to escape Split which was overrun with tourists- Omis is beautiful (less party and more nature activities!) and we were so pleased to find this hostel. The room was spacious, the facilities were modern and clean and there's a pretty swag Kim K bathroom for the ultimate bathroom experience. Also a fully equipped kitchen and a few nice little common areas. Andrea definitely deserves a mention, she helped us print boarding passes and was always on hand to help. She also advised us about the local area and chatted with us. Was really nice to chat with a local Croatian with perfect English! A great hostel- would definitely recommend!

I spent two weeks here with a volunteer trip. It was the best hostel I've stayed in by far!
Julian, the manager on site, was incredible and so friendly and helpful! He recommended transport, food and more and was always available when needed, even just for a chat.
The beds were clean and there are washing machine services available which was super helpful.
There is a lovely terrace at the top of the building and a small kitchen, but I would recommend eating out as it's not too expensive in Omis, and there are so many options to try!
The showers were great although the runner to hold the shower above you was broken, but other than that, they were kept clean.
There are private rooms available too which is helpful to know!

I stayed with a group of 10 youngsters in Hostel Omis for 5 nights during the end of July. The hostel is very friendly. It is built into a rock, which gives it a very special atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and the guests meet and socialise on the upper terrace, which has a wonderful view of the roofs of the old town. The hostel is clean, showers are hot and there is a kitchen for the guests to use. The hostel is situated in the thriving old town ( in the summer), a short walking distance from the Cetina river and the sea. The hostel is clean and inviting and all staff concerend, the volunteers, Tamara and Hulio and the owners, Marina and Josip were very nice. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and warmly recommend the place.
