Detailed Reviews
Our room was nr 1 it is the one you will see in my pictures. It had problems with boiler so we were moved to room nr 5 at our first day. It was good room with a lot of space, but is on the roof so if you are very tall mind you head. Bed were comfortable and noise level manageable compared to room nr 1 it was heaven, we got our room nr 1 at second day. My gf couldn't sleep there for almost 2 nights because of the bed and noise from the street/stairs(other guests going back and forth). So try to get room nr 5 or 6 when you book! Besides all that Ana was amazing host which helped us with everything and gave us tips of where/what to do and eat in Omis. Location of apartment is very good, close to the river from where most of the boat trips at Cetina River starts. Also you are in the begging of the "walking" street with many restaurants & shops.

We stayed in the apartment on the top floor (there are 3 floors). It was nicely presented. The kitchen area is small and the sloping roof can be annoying when accessing the fridge or sitting at the table but this is minor. The location is very central and convenient but we found it a bit noisy at night. Ana met us there and was very welcoming. She gave us the car park ticket so we could park for free (about 100m from the apartment) and she was very flexible about us leaving the car there while we went on a morning trip on the day of our departure. Top tip - bring your own shower gel/shampoo (none provided).

We booked a deluxe room and the ceiling was too low and sloping. It is suitable for people who are extremely short.
There is a heatwave here in Croatia, the air con wasn’t working properly , Ana sent her son over to fix it , he couldn’t. We asked for portable fans, not available, so we were moved to another room and they charged 100 Euros extra. And there was NO sitting room, but single bed was stuck in the corner. I was so glad to get out of the hot and claustrophobic room, I didn’t complain.
The TV is all in German.( My husband wanted to watch the soccer, ) Ana said it was a ‘smart TV’ but not smart enough to catch local channels!!!
The positives - convenient location and it was clean.
If we had stayed in the first room, my husband would had concussion from knocking his head on the ceiling….
We’ve noticed a lot of mis advertising in Croatia ( and the rest of the Balkans) regarding the facilities!
So beware

The apartment is in the centre of the old town, there are so many bars and restaurants. Our room was clean and lovely. Ana - the owner - is very helpful and nice, for example she left us home made cookies at the room.

This is an amazing apartment that has a pool, wash room and own kitchen. Just a quick walk down to the beach which is very close, with restaurants and outside bars available to you. The owners are very welcoming and are the danm cutest people we've ever met, always helpful, cheerful and provides everything you need. From the two British girls, we really recommend you stay here.

Mariana is a very warm & welcoming host & made us so welcome with a gift of chocolate & a local red wine as well.
Situated on old road narrow road thro the old town near to the entrance. This runs parallel to the main road.
The accommodation was very clean and tidy with a very comfy bed & excellent fairies all round.
Mariana even went to the trouble of getting us a kettle so that we could make tea.
Of an evening we could hear a local playing excellent acoustic guitar as we got ready to go out for an evening meal.
Omis is a great spot for restaurants, beech and river trips plus a climb to the local watch tower of for the (much) more energetic the castle.
Many thanks to Mariana with kindest regards from Nick & Rose Geraghty

We are a family of 5 and stayed in Apartments Tomasovic near Omis. It took us a little effort to find the place. We found conflicting map results. It is a few miles south of town just off the main coastal highway.
No one spoke much english; but, they were patient and you could tell they wanted us to be happy -- and they were helpful.
The hotel was slightly worn but clean to our satisfaction. The apartment had a nice view and everything we needed. At first the neighborhood was slightly intimidating; but, we later found it quaint and authentic.
There is a path to a small public beach with a bar but, we did not want to stay there long. It is a short drive, maybe 10 minutes, to Omis and we really enjoyed being in the area. Omis was full of Croatian tourist which was a nice change from the jet set that seems to descend on so much of the Dalmatian coast.
