Having just checked out please be aware that most hotels in Croatia now apply a City Tax which is payable on departure, you won't be informed until you leave. Having booked this hotel on the high reviews, my expectations were high, unfortunately only a few were met. Two of the reception staff were very pleasant and helpful and another extremely rude. The rooms decor is accurate as per photos on site but unfortunately cleanliness is not. On the 3rd afternoon I enquired at reception what the structure or routine of the cleaning was and explained that iv found myself having to wipe surfaces throughout etc, the manageress explained that the hotel had changed owners and the previous cleaner had been there since opening but had left along with other staff, the new staff were still finding their feet( at our expense) This showed in many aspects and we've left slightly disappointed. We're just a normal hard working couple who have saved for a holiday and this hotel is being let down by the new owners, once they have ironed out the snags I'm sure it will get back on track but for now I would personally book elsewhere.

We spent 10 nights here in September and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we had a suite which was great, plenty of room, clean, and the large bathroom had a Jacuzzi bath which was an added bonus. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice and replenished regularly. This hotel is on the top floor of a building with shops and offices, it was ideal for us, 10 minutes walk into the lovely town of Omis, even though it's by a busy road the rooms were quiet. We use hotels as a base to sleep and have breakfast but if you want more from a hotel this would not be for you, the reception is on the ground floor then you take the lift or stairs to the top floor, apart from breakfast there is nowhere else to communicate with staff or have a drink. We would definitely stay again if returning to Omis.

This hotel was the best. Super contemporary design. The cleanest, and the nicest staff. Excellent value for your money. It is walking distance from the city center of Omis which is breathtaking. It included an amazing buffet breakfast and free parking. The hotel room was huge and had a jacuzzi-like bathtub which is an added bonus for your treat. It also had a double space room area with a living room. Very comfortable bed and sheets. Also it had some blinds with the windows so the sun wouldn't come in unless you wanted to. It came with a balcony with a nice view of the city. Overall, amazing experience with the hotel, would definitely go back.

If you're looking for a piece and silence, this is a good choice. This hotel has only about 19 rooms all on the third (top) floor. We had the sea view room but there is a football stadium blocking the view so you see a bit of a sea. However, the room was big enough with a sofa in the separated room and big balcony to chill out. Jacuzzi in a decent bathroom was a quite surprise. The room was clean and staff helpful. Breakfast smaller but good enough. Parking is for free and downstairs is shop with ATM and restaurant. I recommend to go 10 minutes to the main sand beach and do not use the camp beach, which is closer, but smaller I would say more dirty. Omis is a small village and there is not as many hotels close by the sand beach you can select. This one is probably the best choice if you do not want to stay in private apartments.

This boutique hotel offers excellent value for money. Our first room did not have a properly functioning AC, but they quickly moved us to another room. The room was comfortable and spacious enough with a nice view of the sea, mountains and surrounding area. The walk into the old part of Omis only took about 5 minutes. Breakfast was also good. If there is one recommendation for me to make, it would be to make it clear to guests that closing the balcony door from the outside can result in locking oneself out on the balcony. My wife and I inadvertently locked ourselves out but fortunately had a phone with us to call for assistance. No big deal. Nonetheless, Diadem is a must-book if you want to stay in a boutique hotel, very close to beach and town and at a reasonable price.

We had a nice start here. The bed is comfortable, the staff were always cheery, the breakfast included was good, the suites are large. BUT, the view is ruined by the soccer stadia, the TV did not work, the shelf over the sink meant I had to bang my head to wash my face, the towel dryer did not work, the safe did not work, the air con in the living area did not work, the air con in the bedroom, did not give fresh air and gave me a headache so I had to turn it off. Good value? Yes. Well designed and maintained? No. Would I stay again? No. If this has been helpful please give me a thumbs up!

Nice hotel just outside the centre of Omis. As previous reviewers have said, very modern hotel, rooms spacious, very clean, helpful staff. We stayed 3 nights and found it to be excellent value for money. Good sea view from the balcony. It is next door to the camp site and the camp site beach is very nice and clean. Sort 5 to 10 minute walk on the flat to omis centre (along the river embankment not along the main road)

We've been spending a week in the Diadem hotel in Omis and I can's say any bad words about it. Very luxurious rooms ( we had an apartment - #6, I recommend it ), breakfast was good - even though not a great variety - it was tasty and fresh. Maybe just 1 thing to "repair"- the juices were lame ... at 4 starts they could have had some fresh juice. We were going there as a family, and the only thing we missed was a kettle to prepare the food for the baby. Otherwise, it's a great location, close to center and beaches, staff very friendly, private parking for free, very close to Sudenac shopping center ( actually on the ground floor of the same building ). I recommend it for family trips and not only.

This hotel was brilliant! Great location, staff and rooms! Would definitely recommend this hotel. There are only 14 rooms in the whole hotel so it is nice and quiet, perfect for a couples get away. Though that the price was reasonable too :)

We have experienced this hotel as a lovely hotel. Good quality, a big hotel room with a living room, bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom has a jaccuzi. The staff was very friendly and helpfull with arranging the transfer to the airport. Our hotelroom had an amazing oceanview with sunset and sundown. Remark: the hotel only has an option for breakfast, but a supermarket is just 2 minutes walk. They have a large choice of products.
