We booked Villa Mama only a few days before going and found the apartment to be very well equipped with all the amenities you would need for a holiday. We had the top floor flat which gave us some nice views of the city and let plenty of sunlight in. The only real negative we're the lack of parking and the bar on the ground floor. We were warned when we checked in that a party was planned on our first night (Saturday) and it was LOUD. We didn't get much sleep that night and were woken early by church bells every morning. It is a city centre location so if you want a peaceful holiday then look elsewhere.

Another chance to see this place. Chosen not by chance , but big time on purpose ! Super rooms, so nice staff taking care of it, simply place to enjoy Omis at best. Site small street next to the main one made this place an extra valued. For families and romantic trips - best :)

The apartments are really nice in an old building. Entirely renewed, have many services, from air conditioning in every room to washing machine and in one apartment also dishwasher. Wi-fi works really well, the only cons are the TV (They don't have antenna, what are they for??) and the fact that the air conditioners have only one remote control for all the rooms. The last apartment has two high ramps of stairs to reach and in some cases can be annoying but in the overall is really suggested. Not so near to the nice beaches since they are out from the town, but the one in the centre is easy to reach walking 5 minutes.

We booked this apartment at the last minute after staying in a terrible air bnb in brela. Really great service from the young lady that showed us into the apartment and took our booking. She warned us in advance that the cafe/bar downstairs was noisy before we paid, so we were not too surprised by the noise level until the Saturday evening - oh boy it was the loudest music until about 4am. Really bad - the lady checked in with us the next day and she said the music is only that loud when off season. But be warned - not sure if anyone else had the same problem.

Two night stay for 2 people. Prompt response to comms with Orvas group prior to arrival incl. confirmation of free parking. This is worth requesting as parking in Omiš is limited and expensive. There is no vehicular access into Ul. Ante Starčevića, so we put an hour on the meter for the first space we could find on Trg kralja Tomislava (Zone 1 = 6 HRK/hr) and then walked over to the accommodation. Having been unable to call ahead with our arrival time when leaving Split the folks at the Café Bar Belem below Villa Mama called up the manager for us on arrival, gave us the key, and within 20 minutes Lucija had arrived to take the payment, give us the free parking ticket, and make sure we knew where everything was and that all was in place for our stay. It didn’t bother us as we get up early and sleep well (although the mattress was only ‘acceptable’; not great but not the worst we’ve ever had), but the only potentially negative aspect was some noise from the kitchen directly below apartment 1A in the evenings and from 06:15 in the morning, and low level music from the bar until midnight. This would not be sufficient a problem to stop us booking here again if ever back in Omiš, and is far outweighed by all the positives. The parking was less than 10 mins easy walk away, and Villa Mama is perfectly located to get to the Old Town’s restaurants and sights or over to the beach. Again the service from the Orvas personnel was great (Lucija was back at 07:30 prompt to meet our requested early start on our departure day), the apartment had spacious bedrooms and living/dining/kitchen areas with efficient aircon throughout, was very clean and had great décor. It was well equipped incl. a washing machine as a midweek bonus on a road trip. It was very light with the shutters open, lovely and dark for sleeping with the shutters closed, and had good lighting. There is a good over-bathtub shower (with its own water heater so you’re not at the mercy of other guests). The free wifi connected easily and for multiple devices.

Really pleased with this apartment where we stayed 3 nights. Very well renovated - new and fresh, but keeping old charm of the place. There is a restaurant downstairs and rental includes a free hot drink there every day (which we didn't realise when booking) - perfect for a morning coffee. There is air conditioning and a dishwasher. Very helpful girl greeted us with the key and explained everything. Thoroughly recommend.

Spent three nights here and we couldn't be more satisfied. It is newly refurbished (beautiful!), spotlessly clean, tv's in both bedrooms and livingroom, kitchen, aircon, right in the middle of the old town of Omis - everything we needed for our stay - just perfect! Petra, the host, is a very nice and helpful lady. If youre staying in Omis, stay here :)

Well, we spent a week here and I the accommodation is perfect and situated right in the centre of the medieval town in Omis. However, it is probably a place to stay as a young couple or with adults / older teenagers, or for a few nights only. If you want a beach break, then head to Brela. The medieval town is great, and a boat trip up the river makes a nice day out, but the sea in Omis is filthy and we left te beach after a ten minute swim having seen numerous stools, toilet paper and tampons in the sea. We are using it as a base now to head to beaches up the coast which are perfect and spotless. The accommodation itself is spot on, but it is extremely noisy at night with a bar downstairs, and then the church bells chime like an alarm clock endlessly and repeatedly before it is even light, so don't expect a lie in (or bring earplugs). Kids don't seem to notice though. I like Omis, it has character, and it's a good base, but for a family beach holiday with young kids, I'd go to Brela next time
