Had a lovely 3 day/2night staycation at this hotel. Good value & lovely rooms. Must give a BIG mention of the Spa Rooms at the Headfort Arms. I had the most wonderful body massage given by Monica who has a lovely technique & magic hands. My sister had a terrific luxury pedicure with Leah. I would recommend these therapists highly.

Very nice hotel. We were booked in just after Xmas but had to cancel at last minute due to covid, Alex kindly understood and because of this we decided to re book 2 weeks later. The staff were lovely, roslyn in bar was very helpful and the food was lovely. Our bed was huge and we were delighted with our stay. Will return again

A superb establishment in an historic and beautiful part of the country. Lovely place to stay an enjoy the fantastic local amenities and historical sites of great value for celtic heritage and culture. Plus hugely helpful, courteous staff, an excellent full Irish breakfast, comfy rooms and bed, slept very soundly. Lovely, highly recommended.

Just back from a 2night stay over the weekend. Upon arrival we weren't sure if fhere was a carpark so parked out the front as we were walking in a lovely gentleman told us were the car park was (Lane before the hotel with black gates) Checking in was quick and easy the receptionist did talk very fast so I didn't catch everything she said. Our room was no 22 we asked for a quiet room as 8months pregnant really need my sleep. The room had large queen bed and two twin beds it could do with an upgrade especially the carpet but it was clean. I had a pregnancy massage and facial in the spa rooms that day Monica was lovely I really enjoyed it if they were open the next day I would have gone back again. That evening we had dinner included in our stay I was a bit anxious when I saw the crowds in the bar (the day restrictions were lifted) but was happy to discover we were having dinner in room at the back and had it to ourselves. Our server Lucy was lovely couldn't do enough for us. That evening the nightclub was open unfortunately really affected our sleep with the noise and then the family across hall from us were up at 6 we could hear everything from our room so not great night sleep. We had afternoon tea booked in the lounge it is good value €25 each with bubbles (I obviously didn't have any) I was a bit disappointed at the sandwich selection it was just salad or ham that was it. Overall it was lovely nice way to spend the afternoon. That night we had a great night sleep thankfully. Breakfast next morning was a bit madness only 2 staff were on they were run off their feet we had to ask for things a few times which was fine food was nice. Checkout was quick and easy I did realise afterwards we didn't get a print out of the extra charges to check before we paid my fault j should have asked. Have to say the staff in this hotel are the shining stars everyone we interacted with were pleasant and couldn't do enough for us. Thank you everyone

4 of us had an amazing time. Our package included a mini facial and dinner and B&B. All of which was outstanding. Room was spacious and clean, food was delicious and the bar, enterainment and atmosphere made for a really amazing night. We wished we stayed longer!
