I was there this weekend with amici.vamo booked 5 characteristic and geographically excellent chalets for those who have to spend a weekend in roccaraso and in a purely mountain location.passing inside the chalets there are many small flaws that do not match with the outdoor environments.
The wooden windows almost all broken so much that with the wind at night they bang.
Some spider web in the radiators, but you can understand we are in the country.
The most out of tune note of all is that paying 150 € per night a chalet for a couple plus two children and unacceptable that there are neither sheets, nor towels but above all there is no phone.
Too bad a place with great potential both in winter and summer that is lost for these details.

Structure in nature a stone's throw from the town center and in a well-served area, with ample space
external both private and shared.
The presence of the swimming pool contributes to a beautiful outdoor holiday.
Football pitch and games for untreated children.
Minimal interior spaces, but especially with defective furniture and services from poor routine maintenance.
Very kind and helpful staff.

Basically, structure with excellent potential, but absolutely in need of maintenance and cleaning.

The hotel is priced too high compared to the services it offers: of course, the pond is charming, the barbecue space tempts you to come with the family, but the positives are limited to that. Cleanliness leaves something to be desired, the services ditto: in the bathrooms there are no soaps such as bubble bath or shampoo (or even that for the hands), the sheets were out of bed and we had to put them. I may be fine with the Spartan style, but not at the modest figure of 90 euros per night. I would add that the reception is not always open.

Terrible experience! I had booked a weekend, I tried to contact the property for about 10 days but no response, either by phone or by email! About 5 days before my weekend I managed to get in touch to try to change the booking from a chalet for two people to one for 4 (therefore paying double) nothing! They neither satisfied me nor moved the paid night to another date! Moral of the story, if they had answered me on the phone I wouldn't have lost 139 euros paid for the balance of one night! Never again!

To premise suggestive place and well located very characteristic, but poor state of maintenance, returned after years found much worse.
We stayed 3 nights and paid 960€ 2 adults and two children 1 and 3 years without offering anything.
Broken bathroom door and bathroom attached to the table where you eat.
The paid linen was very clean, but the very old duvets

Everything To Do Again....Easter weekend chalet for 8 people...I've been coming for years, the place is always magical but now for what you pay it's no longer worth it. All in decay, dirty chalet, beds to be thrown away, squeaky doors and almost broken fridge... They say they will be totally redone soon, I would say it's about time you get what you pay for....

I recommend the park entrance structure.
Excellent solution for single and multiple families.
Strategic location.
I recommend booking long in advance.
I recommend bringing plenty of grilled meat available for each facility

the chalet is dilapidated. everything old and decadent. tiny dangerous accommodations. they are precarious and for me it should close.
there is no air conditioning, the doors close by themselves, the kitchen is not equipped as indicated. the TV channels don't work.
insatiable mattresses, pillows I can't comment on. blankets from 50 years ago, at least.

I spent a day in the water park with my wife and 2 children.
15 euro the cost for adults 12 for children, we took 2 umbrellas and 4 deck chairs .. there were many people but I still found place near the large pool. My deckchair was stained with ice cream, I pointed it out to a guy who worked there, but he said he couldn't help it and so I had to clean it myself, which honestly left me very puzzled as he didn't seem busy at all. My wife could not use the toilets because they were in indecent conditions, with all those people you can not leave the toilets in that state without an attendant to constantly clean them.
My children went on the springs that were near our station, but even there the absolute degradation, dirty carpets and holes.
Next to me, guys bragged about getting in without paying because there was no control. I think we have great potential because the place is beautiful but I noticed neglect and disinterest on the part of the employees..... at the exit I pointed out the inconvenience....
