What a fabulous experience -- Casabianca made us fall in love with Italy and we loved, loved, loved the hotel! We have experienced great hotels but none with so much charm. Every part of our visit was incredible from the drive to the hotel through the most magnificent countryside to the outstanding service we received. We had 3 nights there...

We have just returned from extended stay at Borgo Casabianca near Asciano in the Crete Senesi in Tuscany. The location could not be more beautiful and the views from the aprtment we had were enchanting. The staff is truly excellent and accommodating in every way from the daily maid service team to the reception desk and dining room staff. This...

The main attraction of the hotel is it's location on the top of a hill in one of the most beautiful parts of Tuscany. The borgio itself is extremely well kept with a lot of attention to detail. It has a beautiful pool area with a nice size pool, a jacuzzi and lots of deck chairs. It has a bar...

It's few months we live in Rome working for FAO and my best friend from New York told me that she had a great time in Casabianca - White House, but not Washington DC!!! By the way last weekend we take the children to visit Siena e decided to sleep in the Borgo. It was like Indian Summer in Connecticut...

I was shooting a film in Rome and needed a weekend off and... wow was so good! A friend drove me up there and it was like going into a dream: a XVIII century farm/village turned into a relais with a stunning view, a terrific swimming pool and, god, a restaurant as good as Babbo in NYC. People over there...

A little tough to find but a wonderful refuge for the tiring tourist. Beautiful location, well maintained, it is designed as a spa getaway for urban italians rather than us touring anglos. Good bed and pillows, spacious and well-appointed, we slept with windows open and the stars glittering and ripening pomegranetes at our window. The grounds forced us to slow...

We booked 2 nights in an apartment at the Borgo Casabianca. We were, however, so enchanted by what we saw when we got there that we decided to extend our stay by a further 2 nights. While the property is a little tricky to find once you do get there, the views are breathtaking. The staff were very helpful with...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The 18th-century manor house, in this 4-star Tuscan hotel, has three rooms and six suites, some of which still have original frescoes. Attention to detail makes this little village quite unique, from the rooms to the suites and from the pool area to the restaurant which serves local Tuscan specialties and has an excellent wine list. The renovations carried out on the village have brought Casabianca back to its former splendor and involved not just the buildings, streets and gardens but also the farm lands and the olive groves. The production of oil, which was once the farm's main activity, is still alive today and the result is an excellent D.O.P. Terre di Siena extra-virgin olive oil: a precious flavor of Tuscany. From the hotel there are splendid vistas of the charming Tuscan countryside towards the Montalcino hills, Mount Amiata, the Crete and Siena. An unforgettable spectacle. ... more   less
