We were married at Casa Sesta in August, our 2nd visit to this beautiful property. The setting was magical, but more than that, Giulia was simply outstanding as a host. Although she didn't charge a fee as a wedding planner, she helped us with securing the celebrant, caterer, flowers etc., and thought of little touches that we would never have thought of (like putting string lights up and placing candles in paper bag lanterns to light up the property at night). The property simply looked stunning for our wedding, and it was 100% Giulia's doing, with very little input from us (we are not artistic!). She worked tirelessly throughout the duration of our stay to make sure everything went off as planned, and all of our guests (we took over the whole property) commented on how amazing she was. Giulia's parents even helped out, with Giulia and her mama putting on a fabulous pizza night for us, where we all made our own personal pizzas in their pizza oven, using dough and ingredients they had supplied. A very fun night! Casa Sesta is a stunning property to visit for a holiday (beautifully appointed apartments and common areas, central location for sightseeing trips, access to the village by a rewarding walk down the path at the back of the property), and as a wedging venue, was second to none. I would recommend the property, and Giulia, in an instant.

We needed peace and quiet and a beautiful place to stay and Casa Sesta ticks all of these boxes. It really is a very beautiful place with a lovely pool. We took our three children with us and they loved picking fruit and veg and watching the geese, pheasants and lizards around the place! For us, the only downside (if you can call it that) is that it's a long trip up a mountainside and so someone has to drive on a night out but it's a small price to pay! Also, the cooking facilities in our apartment weren't very good. the hob didn't work very well and the fridge was a bit temperamental but again, we weren't particularly worried abut this. Tried not to eat in much - we were in Tuscany after all! There is a lovely Tuesday evening 'pizza night' where Giulia and her sister cook pizzas for all the guests. Really lovely touch, the children liked this best of all! Lovely experience.

What an amazing place and such a hospitable family. 4 of us stayed a week and it exceeded all our expectations and more. Gulia made us feel relaxed, stress free and welcome throughout our visit. Little touches like having free access to the kitchen garden make the experience that much more enjoyable and relaxed. the vineyard tour and wine tasting is great value and a must, as is enjoying a bottle or two of their own wine. The view is to die for and the surrounding area provides plenty of local Italian charm. We will definitely be returning at some point and is also a great place to be based to cycle if thats what you're into .

Had a great long weekend stay here. The owners were very helpful and even did our shopping for us before we arrived as all the shops were closed. We made full use of the BBQ facilities and had amazing sundowners. Would return.

Located on the top of the hill with beautiful view, own winery (excellent wine:)), own garden with fresh vegetables and herbs for the guests. The landlords are very nice and helpful. We have been there for the second time and for sure we will come back one day! It's also a great location if You want to see the greatest tourists places in Tuscany.
