PLUS : Hotel in a much better position for a walking holiday than a skiing holiday. Rooms were very spacious and very comfortable, Superb breakfast - although coffee had to go in to microwave to warm it up. All the staff were very friendly and very helpful. Hotel has gym and indoor pool - no outdoor pool. Plenty of free...

Nothing wrong with the physical characteristics of this hotel (nice, new building and located in a rather beautiful region)... ..., but all wrong with the soft skills. In particular the staff, both at the reception desk and the bar/restaurant. Some examples are: # No warm welcome/response when checking in, or when requesting information. # The staff was not willing to...

Witouth prior notice we were not able to have dinner in the hotel at 8.45 pm with the only reason that they were expecting a lot of people that night. The only alternative given was a poor snack service in the hotel bar or look for a restaurant elsewhere. Hotel is far from the town center and the sky resort....

We stayed three nights, attracted to the region for a music festival, and were both pleased and surprised by the excellent architecture, making the guests to feel like into the green slopes and rocky mountainous surroundings. The room was spacious, well equipped and kept. Curious for us to say, it was at the hotel a very large number of Belgian...

Hotel staff very professional and friendly; buffet breakfast excellent; rooms large, comfortable and clean; Buffet dinner good value for money; Spa pool steam room Jacuzzi good (just avoid hours of children); bus service to slopes acceptable. Overall we were very pleased with the hotel and the services offered. It is not near the slopes but in Formigal none are !

We went to the Aragon for lunch on Saturday. We ordered with difficulty and then waited 45 minutes for our food to arrive cold, incorrect and without explanation. We complained to the manager (who had to be dragged from a meeting to discuss our issue). The manager was very apologetic and removed the food from our bill. Think the kitchen...

We used this hotel in Jan for a sky holiday in Formigal. It is not close to the centre and if you have children it's hard to go out of the hotel if you don't have a car. On the other hand they have some vans that take you there and to the slopes only that in some days they...

We stayed at this hotel for a week over the new year, i'm very surprised to see people complaining about the size of rooms as we found the space to be typical of a 4 star hotel, we found them comfortable enough and we thought the style was nice!, the hotel lobby and common parts are a nice place to...

This hotel is perfectly located with a panoramic view of Spain's mountains! In the region there are a lot of things to do and nature is beautiful! It's a very modern and big but still cosy hotel with a lot of space (big restaurant, big rooms, big lobby...). The staff is very kind and treats you like a real guest!...
