We had made a reservation 5 days prior to going, for a family of 4 including a 6 months old baby and grandma, paying 410 CHF. The day before our departure, our babyboy developped a fever to 40 and became apathic, which prompted up to cancel our plans. I called the hotel immediately and asked if we could postpone our...

rather disappointing! The baths were not clean, and partially smelled funny. The view was good but most areas overcrowded (especially) swimming pools outside. Most of the facilities are old and need refurbishment. The gym is badly equipped and the restaurant's food quality is below average. Service was polite but slow and the kitchen serves low quality food - even the...

Apartments as they were in the 80ties, no charm, old furniture, even no boiler or tee or coffee as a welcome gesture ! had to pay for the stay of a small french bulldog that was refused to enter the breakfast room ! And the way it was said was very unhospitable. Too expensive for what it is.

Had a day planned, first for ski, then enjoyed the hot bath. Was disappointed when we wanted to use the CHF 20 vouchers / person, & there were 3 of us... there were more restrictions then written on the vouchers I had read before. Anyway, the result was, we paid the full price. Big big yellow changing room & lockers,...

Bath set up is plain but way better than it looks.Cool indoor and outdoor layout. Good dinning experience. Glass walkways are vey well done. The room and the balcony on the room was great. It seemed like a secret find. No one there from Chicago in the last three years....

Had a wonderful and relaxing time at the Bains d'Ovronnaz. For CHF50, we had full-day access to both the thermal baths, the spa, and a plat du jour. The hotel itself is situated at a high altitude, and the views to the mountains are beautiful. There are two outdoor thermal baths, which are quite small and can get crowded after...

We came to spend a day in the bains which are not only beautiful but also healthy. The facilities are neat. They have indoor and outdoor pools, various sauna and other areas. The best time we had was in the midle of the morning when a Cuban aerobic teacher started to train all of the people in the water. I...

The location is perfect and the outdoor pool offers awesome views. Inside the spa there are too nice saunas although it is small. In the "bains" it is a pity that they don't care little details, for example when you are in outside pool most of the view are covered by a small wall and the surrounding are careless

While the Spa welcome desk is indeed welcoming, it did not make up for the dated look of the entire thermal bath, Spa and wellness treatment area - 80ies all the way, and not the nice kind. I mean, it was not terrible, but then again, given the prices... you could expect more in a place that is something like...

This is my 6th year to stay here to re-group, re-energize, & to relax. It is the perfect environment for this, with the spa & the gorgeous natural scenery that surrounds Les Bains. I always leave rested & revitalized. I recognize many of the staff members now, a good sign of stability & happiness with their employer/ment. And everyone is...
