Wonderful couple of days in North Norfolk. Heacham Manor Hotel is of a very good standard, the room is large with a bath and large shower. The breakfast is excellent and the Hotel has a Spa with treatments. Has great views over the golf course and a duck pond near the reception area. The Hotel has a good restaurant menu...

We stayed for two nights on TravelZoo deal. The hotel looks spectacular as you drive into the grounds. We stayed in one of the detached converted barns and the room was very clean and well furnished. The biggest disappointment was the evening meal and the waitresses. We went over to the bar in the old manor house to have a...

Never visited here before but booked due to previous reviews. Heacham Manor set in its own grounds is a lovely old manor house with lots of character. The staff were attentive as soon as we arrived. We had drinks in the bar and were given plenty of time to choose our choices. We ate in the Mulberry restaurant which is...

Stayed in Four Poster bedroom, nice view of golf course lovely comfy bed, bathrobes supplied, complimentary teas and biscuits, could not fault the room. Very traditional Manor House, lots of attentive staff, lovely spa, excellent breakfast. Would definitely stay again provided no wedding taking place when the main house , restaurant and bar is out of bounds, apart from breakfast.

We spent Friday and Saturday night at the hotel. The staff were very welcoming and our room was a fair size and with a very large bed. The breakfasts options covered every taste and the evening meal was first class. We would certainly return.

We stayed in one of the cottages and it was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and so was the service. The staff are very helpful and professional and nothing is too much trouble to make you feel welcome. I highly recommend the Mulberry Spa for a bit of papering, it was brilliant. The treatments are reasonably priced...

We ate here on a Tuesday evening, having been told it was steak night, but unfortunately it wasn't. However, the meal was excellent and the service was good, so a nice meal in a spacious restaurant. Recommended.

We haven't hosted a steak night at Heacham Manor for quite a while now but it doesn't sound as if you were too disappointed. Hopefully you will be visiting us again soon. The hotel and its surroundings are lovely! I would've given it 3.5 stars if option was available. A lady greeted us in reception, she was very friendly and helpful. Once checked in she showed us the way to our room. We stayed in one of the cottage rooms. Very clean and well kept, all the essentials are available in the...

Dear Gemma P, Thank you for your review and I am pleased to hear that you found Heacham Manor a lovely place to stay. I am unsure when you stayed but we did have an issue last week with the beer cooler and were unable to serve some draught beers. I apologise for this but we did get cellar services...
