Excellent communications; friendly staff; new. spacious and clean room; free Wi-Fi. Breakfast freshly cooked and good quality. Evening menu might have been a bit wider, but the food was good. So was the beer! Definitely recommend - family-run and wanting to please: it pays to care!

Were really happy that you enjoyed your stay with us by the sounds of things you'd had a busy day, and you had let us know you were going to be late so there was no problems - you made it in time for the bar to still be open!!! we look forward to seeing you again.

What a shame that the Restaurant has gone down hill. We always enjoyed going here and have visited the the Restaurant for over 30 years but trying to keep up with the other establishments in the area by trying to reduce the price of their food is not paying off as the quality is now of a poor standard. We...

We visited on the evening of Saturday 20 June for a meal to celebrate my wife's birthday. We'd booked in advance and requested the table in the alcove which is quite intimate. Upon arrival we were seated, as requested, in the alcove. The table usually seats four people but had been changed to one that seats two, perfect. We started...

Stayed at the Broadoak for 5 nights while attending a local meeting and visiting family. The hotel is welcoming and the room we stayed in was both comfortable and relaxing. The staff and owner were helpful and friendly. Enjoyed a number of evening meals, lunch and breakfasts, all delicious. We will use again in next month.
