The complex is more of a small shopping mall than a hotel. Not really a cozy, welcoming lobby but kudos for the very effective check in. Very kind of the staff to borrow me an adapter for iPhone as well. The room was quite ok, a good and big tv but no useful channels unfortunately. The big plus with the...

We stay here quite a lot and it usually amazing. This time however the hot water was off from 4pm to 6pm on Saturday and again on Sunday morning we booked a club room again but it was much smaller than usual:(

I thought the hotel a triumph of presentation over substance. The touch pad self check-in is the first I've experienced and hopefully the last. Room was clean and tidy but the air-con didn't seem to be working and the view from the room was that of the roof of an ugly neighboring building. All these things you could forgive if...

We stayed here for 2 nights to attend a function with friends on a Friday and Saturday. The service at the reception on arrival was very good by the 2 ladies that dealt with us, we upgraded to a Club Room which was very clean but the mattress was quite hard for my wife. The rooms are definitely not sound...

Company booked this, the rooms are dark but very clean and modern, need extra lighting. No drawers for clothes and wardrobe rail is high and in front of mirror (I'm 5ft2inch) had to live out of suitcase for the week I stayed, didn't like the window blind, difficult to open. Staff very good. Breakfast was good,

Unfortunately the room allocated to me was on the first flaw of the hotel, and the music coming from the events being held downstairs could be herd and felt late into the night. The room was clean and well presented, but lacked any wear to store your clothes, and the lighting was poor. If you intend to spend more than...

Hotel needs a lot of improvement if charging so much for a night. Hotel looks nice on the outside but looks dull due to all the dark colours but gives it a unique touch. Design of bedrooms needed work.

This is my second stay at this hotel and what can I say?! The staff again, are absolutely perfect. facilities were excellent as always and breakfast was lovely. I had booked reservations for dinner, for my husbands birthday which unfortunately were cancelled due to a Christmas party booking. We were given many alternative options which was great! And we received...
