This was a great little find and the perfect place to stay with children. The room was of a good size and beds comfortable for the 4 of us. Due to the weather being so hot, it was quite stuffy however a fan had been made available o this was used. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. It was great to be on the farm site. Breakfast was good an arrived quickly and freshly cooked, a good change from the usual buffet style food you get at larger places. After breakfast, the lady in the café gave the children some carrots so they could feed the donkeys, one of the highlights of the stay 😊 I would highly recommend this place.
we are in our late 60's and stayed at the Farm for one night on the first night of 21 on a self drive trip around central and southern UK. We booked online each night and found it easy to do after understanding what was required. The Farm B&B is run by a lovely family and the rooms are on top of a farm shop in the UK west north of Liverpool. Breakfast was quite sufficient and included in the price. We would recommend staying at this B&B.
Excellent B&B, a very friendly family run Farm, restaurant, camp site and b&b. Nothing to much trouble, great breakfast menu, suits everyone taste. Lots of local produce used. Will recommend to family and friends definitely go there again
Had been near the place before but not called in. Nipped in for a light lunch. The place was busy but everyone smiled and they managed to squeeze us in. All the food appeared to be freshly prepared and of good quality. The wait was minimal and the staff were pleasant. Already had an excellence poster on the wall and we agree.
Rural setting and quaint farm shop/tea room. Room was fine for 2 adults but the two children were not really catered for - only two towels and the "camp beds" were uncomfortable for them. Shower drain was blocked and the bathroom smelt damp which was a shame. Local pub up the road had closed down, however we found a lovely walk along the canal tow path to The Farmers pub where we had some lovely food. Breakfast at The Farm was great - really lovely! I think it should be made clear that there is an additional charge per child, even though it was not clear on the booking form and also the children were not really catered for (camp beds and no towels for them). This was the only negative really.
