My partner and i had a lovely nights stay on Friday and we were made to feel very welcome, room was clean and over looked the river , next door was the cliff railway or for the fitter people a set of steps taking you to the center of high town . breakfast was excellent, would definitely stop again

We could not have been made more welcome at the Severn Arms! It is a warm, comfortable, home-from-home type of place with a very comfortable lounge and a perfectly adequate bar: no ice for the gin & tonic as Rob's wife had defrosted the fridge but who cares? Lots of stairs to the top floor but what a view across...

I can't thank Rob and his family enough for making us so comfortable and welcome at his beautiful BnB. Our little family loved every minute from the immaculate rooms, comfy beds and spot on breakfast the attention to detail was fab. We went with our little baby and a high chair and his own cutlery were provided. A definitely family...

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for one night, on a B&B basis, in mid December 2016. The hotel occupies a very central and convenient location just over the river, on the High Town side. Very handily, the hotel is next door to the famous Cliff Railway, which is a real bonus for return trips to the main...

A perfect venue with all of the right facilities for our fishing trip. One could not ask for a better breakfast before a day on the river. The patrons were friendly and knowledgeable, it was clear that they wanted us to get the most from our stay. We followed their advice on hostelries and we were not disappointed with their...

The Severn Arms Hotel has been our choice of hotel of two stays in Bridgnorth now and on both occasions had a lovely relaxing stay. The owners are friendly and helpful and provide the best breakfast in Bridgnorth. Such a shame they are selling up and heading for a well earned retirement. I just hope the new owners keep up...

We had been booked into the hotel for a couple of nights as we were having a steam train visit to the Severn Valley railway. On entering the hotel we were jostling with pushchairs and young children and a little stressful looking parent unloading his car . But it turned out to be the owner and his very well behaved...

A lovely hotel with lots of character, my daughter and myself enjoyed our stay. Fresh towels, hair dryer, tv and tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. Adequate wardrobe and drawer space for belongings. There is a booklet/ folder with details about the hotel, surrounding area and where to visit/eat etc. The bathroom is nice and clean with a simple shower....

We enjoyed our cycling break in Bridgnorth, as its a lovely place. The severn arms describes itself as 4 star but having stayed in a few b and b's this year, it is a few notches down on 4 star. It is an old building with old furniture, some in need of a clean but overall, the bed and bathroom...

Thank you for your review , we are sorry you didn't like our furniture but we try where ever possible to buy antique furniture in keeping with the OLD Georgian building, perhaps you are best suited to modern boutique hotels/B&B's! Sorry your felt you were disturbed by the noise but unfortunately we can't do anything about the bar/restaurant on the...
