Had to travel to Scotland on an emergency so contacted the Manor House they were brilliant from the word go. The room was far to nice for a one night stay really big with wonderful views over the golf course and sea. Breakfast was very good and beautifully cooked. The staff were very friendly especially the young guy on reception...

Just returned from a wonderful evening at Old Manor for a birthday celebration. Great service and fantastic food - fresh seafood and perfectly cooked steaks and steak pie, it is very reasonably priced for the standard presented. The decor is in process of being upgraded which, in the areas already done, is very smart and contempary Scottish. Only problem is...

I have eaten at the Old Manor twice in the last 2 months. The set menu served on Valentines day was amazing and can be compared to meals I have had at Peat Inn and Sangsters. Today I was there for the carvery as a mothers day treat and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The service was friendly and...

We have stayed here over the last 6 years and have watched it change from a very tired hotel to a more modern updated place to stay. The room we had this time, had been semi refurbished, I say semi as they had painted, re-floored, fabulous new bathroom and new bedding etc but there were still patches in need of...

Excellent service, fabulous food, wonderful views and amazing newly furbished bedrooms. The Old Manor's obvious investment in both its staff and the property is creating a very special, high quality hotel which deserves to do well. Thank you for looking after us so well this weekend - we were very impressed.

Stopped of for something to eat and although we were outwith their normal times they accommodated us without an issue. We had the high tea which was superb and the setting also top notch overlooking the golf course and out to sea. We stayed for 2 nights in February. It's a lovely old building with grand features and lots of creaky floorboards. There are modern additions like the reception area and the conservatory dining room. The service is excellent and the food is very good. Bar prices are reasonable. The bathroom was dated, very 70's with dark brown walls and peach coloured...

We stayed one night in chilly January and were warmly welcomed by cheery staff.
