We booked this hotel based on recommendation of a friend, but turned out to be far from it's reputation. First off, hotel lacks baaic features and services: no elevator, no swimming pool, small lobby, no Wifi access in rooms, no daily room services and so on. Rooms are relatively small, furniture is old and worn out, bedding not very clean...

we just used Helia restaurant before norouz(spring) and the quality of food was almost good. we were satisfied so so. but most of food was rice!! i prefer to try it. we didnot pay for food our self and i don't know about the price.

It is a 3 story small hotel which has once been a good one. But now the facilities are getting old and some of them don't work. At the first sight it seems decent, but as you go to the toilet for the first time, problems hit you one by one. There is no elevator. It's renovated but still needs more. The wifi is vey poor.
