Hi CindyB323!
I learned about the Beach Club when I stayed at Marbella last year. It is not part of the Marbella Club. It is owned by the Palmas Athletic Club (PAC) - which also operates the two golf courses and the tennis center in the Palmas del Mar development.
The Beach Club is a members-only facility. If you rent a condo from an owner who is also a member of the PAC, the owner can get you guest passes that allow you to use the Beach Club.
However, it will cost you $15 a day per person.
You can walk in off the street to eat lunch at the Beach Club restaurant. I've not eaten there.
In February, 2014, there was no beach at all. The ocean pounds against a sea wall built to keep it at bay. If you ever visit here, I ask that you let me know the beach status. Post a picture on Trip Advisor!
hope this info helps....
