Spent two nights here in the 2 bedroom unit. Arrived in the dark and woke up to stunning views. Unit was spacious and warm. Loved the electric blankets. The kitchen was very well equiped and the owner was very friendly. Highly recommended.

The owner vas very nice, gave me a discounted price for a 2 bedroom suite cause I was by myself. Its in front of the Lake Tekapo, just like a private house, nice and clean, bedroom, living room with TV, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with even cooking oil, salt/pepper, and also fridge, heater and washing machine. Glass doors with open...

We hadn't booked anything when we arrived in Lake Tekapo everything was sold out and we were thinking oh know then we managed to get this amazing place. The inside was so spacious, so many bedrooms , wardrobe space big open area and a washing machine what else do we need. Than we were right across from the water so...

We stayed for 3 nights over the Christmas period. We were extremely fortunate to arrange our stay at short notice on Christmas Eve, having just found out that the nearby Godley Hotel had canceled our Christmas stay without informing us. The room was really good value for money and well equipped with everything one would expect - unlimited WiFi, comfortable...

We had a cottage on the lake front. Fantastic - away from the maddening crowds Our own stunning views of the lake. A tired place, but one we would return too. Fish and chips on the deck overlooking the lake - heaven.

There was very little accommodation on the main strip and I am glad about that. It meant the info centre made some enquiries with some less commercial properties ending us with this little gem. Large room, comfy beds with a small kitchenette and a lovely view. Excellent value, terrific service. Thanks

Stayed in the cottage right on the lake front. The best views of the lake in the whole town and nice and quiet. Fantastic facilities for self catering. We didn't even bother going to eat out as the views were so good where we were. Had a look at the other units some of which were pretty tired and dated...

We stayed at Parkhead Motels at Lake Tekapo in June and booked the Lakefront Cottage. A great place to stay very quiet and right on the Lake. Fabulous views and a short drive to town. This is our second stop and would do so again. 1970 style accomodation but clean and tidy and all the necessities. Bed was comfortable.

We stayed at the Parkhead Motel twice, once in the house at the front of the property (which is lovely & modern) & the second time in one of the studio units. The motel offers clean, quiet & comfortable accommodation for a great price. There's the best views of the lake and it's close to the town centre (about 5...

Loved this unique motel right on the lake with a great view. Fantastic location within walking distance of Main Street. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Also very clean and lovely little balcony attached to our room. We stayed in a three person room with one double and one single.
