We are regular reviewers and this was a bad experience in what has been a wonderful fortnight of travel and accommodation in New Zealand. The rooom we were given was grubby and dingy. I think the term is "tired"! The meet and greet was perfunctory and the whole atmosphere was " get them in and get them out." Promptly the...

A wonderful location but room was in an average state. Lots of scuff marks on walls and dinning table. Have stayed before and previous room was much better. We did stay in a double bedroom apartment so maybe they are harder to maintain?

A nice location let down by poor service, a lack of guest car parking close to the rooms , tired linen and towels. we will bypass this establishment on our next trip south as it is not up to peppers standard we have had at other resorts in this chain.

Location is perfect and the view from our 2 bedroom unit with a hint of a lake view was a pleasant surprise. We were so looking forward to the breakfast though and couldn't have been more disappointed. We went at 8.30am which we didn't think was late considering it's open till 10am and everything had run down or out. Even...

The location, service and meals of Peppers Bluewater Resort is very good but some New Zealand/ Maori culture included would be nice to see and experience to cater for all tourists. I think that is what a lot of people feel.

Food very ordinary. Restaurant was rushed, felt like a motorway cafe. Carpet marked and dirty. Limited to only 2 coat hangers and paltry amount of tea, milk and coffee; had to continually ask for more. Door left open after service of room.

This was the most expensive room in our week long trip, but not the best. No wooden spoon (or simalar) and tiny tiny saucepans. The receptionist forgot about us while waiting for our room at about 3pm. Good breakfast.
