Wonderful location and views fabulous from our lounge, food at breakfast and dinner was below average for NZ and some of the furnishings in the room were looking quite tired. The stay and dine package is somewhat confusing and restricting and with little choice especially if you stay more than one night.

The apartments was wonderful with many Channels to watch. Our place faces the lake (separated by a traffic road). Ducks n bunnies do roam around freely so it was fun to watch them! Toilet was great and spacious.

We were at Peppers for one night on our Honeymoon and really not that impressed. It was massively over priced (300ish a night) plus we needed to add a another bed which would have been normally 150 but luckily got it discounted for 75. The room was very nice but for appx 375 a night was not very impressed. On...

Although we enjoyed our time at Peppers, our check-in process was slow and the cleaning of the rooms was really late in the day. We arrived at 2pm is and tried to check-in only to find our room still being cleaned. In the end the service from the staff there was good and they gave us free coffee for waiting....

We stayed in a lot of amazing (and not so amazing places) during our stay in South Island, but both my partner and I agreed that we felt most comfortable at the Peppers Blue Water Resort. Although 'resort' is not the right description (more accurately: serviced apartments) the facility was great value for money. We had a 2 story apartment...

No allocated parking. Not convenient for old ppl if they have to climb stairs to use kitchen n lounge. They did gave me vacuum cleaner to clean my van. So I appreciate that. There is room to improve..

Friendly staff and had a great apartment overlooking the pond. Compared to the many other places we have stayed at in NZ we were disappointed. Our room was in need of much care and attention. Shower head was loose so sprayed the room when you switched it on, furniture was tired and battered, walls and doors were badly marked and...

Great position, staff nice but make sure your room has the facilities that you expect and is as clean as you would expect of a facility of this reputation. We were put into a unclean room, then move to a room that had not been fully cleaned, laundry didn't work and need repairs to a noisy roof, once moved (again...after...

Conveniently located, just across the road from Lake Tekapo, it is an amazing place to wake up to. The apartments are new, comfortable, and have great facilities with thoughtful touches like torches and umbrellas to aid your experience around Lake Tekapo. Stargazing is a must here! Also a delicious buffet breakfast available.
