Unfortunately we arrived in Sanary sur Mer without a booking and it was the Xmas Spectacle so absolutely nowhere to park. Adonis Sanary les bains offered parking on site for €9 day so that's what we did. The position was very central and a real bonus for parking. The room had a pleasant street view with a balcony and furniture along with the previous bookings dirty smoke ends. The room was very very small, not perfectly cleaned with hairs in the shower base. It offered free wifi but was not accessible at all. The exterior gardens which I am sure are beautiful in the summer were overgrown with weeds. Parking on sight definitely the bonus for us.

The pictures are better than the real thing, the hotel is tired when it says 3 star its is 2/3 at most, the only good thing about this hotel is the location , we went into town to eat came back to hotel for drink and because we didnt want food they were not happy... we were staying in the hotel.! We ordered 2 bottles of wine and water and they still were not happy, the hotel grounds are lovely or could be without the trip hazards and with some hard work and a lick of paint this could be a beautiful hotel, there is no lift and we had too struggle up 3 flights of steps with baggage,

Good sized bedroom with comfortable king size bed and air conditioning and good sized bathroom. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels every day. Cleaning staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast 10 euros - reasonable selection but not huge choice. Staff helpful in restocking food. Most guests ate breakfast in beautiful garden. Hotel in excellent situation. Go through the garden and you are onto the main boulevard leading to the beautiful harbour. On arrival we were told we were on the second floor. There was no lift and no help was offered with our cases so we had to struggle up two long flights of stairs. We feel that the service lift could be offered to elderly guests especially or have a designated member of staff to help with cases. Wi-Fi Unreliable. On our departure day we asked the receptionist early in the morning if she would book a taxi to take us to the station as we needed to get to Marseille to catch the Eurostar later in the day to get back to England. She said we wouldn't get a taxi as there was a big event in the town that day. We asked her to try and after ringing two firms she said she couldn't get a taxi and turned away from us and went back to her work. We were obviously panicking about what we were going to do but she was completely indifferent to our plight and couldn't have been less helpful. Eventually we remembered there was a taxi rank in the town and we walked round and asked a taxi to come to the hotel and pick up our cases. When we got back to the hotel and told her we'd found a taxi, she didn't even look up. We felt that she could have been a little sympathetic and offered us some help. We had been there a week, she knew we had no car - as she had asked us on arrival.

A decent hotel with a dark, quiet room. We didn’t have hot water for two days, although we were informed about it, but didn’t get a better price for the room. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, but the breakfast area looked really nice.

Good central location, although you can hear the traffic get going around 7am. Double glazing reduces the sound, so it isn't too much of a disturbance. The hotel was clean and the staff reasonably helpful. There's no lift and the staircase is quite long - not ideal if you have a lot of bags and you're in a 2nd floor room. Breakfast was included, although very limited. There was a charge for parking - 8€ (before taxes, I guess), so c.9.50€.
