The food and beverages are good and the staff is very attentive. I will stay here again. The give you a pass for the ski bus which is included with your room. Breakfast is good and casual. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the picturesque town Bayrischzell. It's pretty close to the railway station and all the places where you can rent equipment for skiing. From the outside the hotel looks typically Bavarian: wooden balconies and so called Lüftelmalerei (frescos with Bavarian motifs). Definitely you'll be surprised by the mixture of modern and traditional furniture...

I have stayed at the Alpenrose twice and it's a great hotel---I would not consider anywhere else in Kufstein. Rooms are quite large and well laid out, towels are fluffy and absorbent, beds are comfortable, breakfast is very good and the service is friendly, there is ample free parking, and the location is great---just across from the Riedell glass factory...

We stayed for five nights when visiting the area on our vacation in October. It was a bit cold, also inside and in our room. But we know it's an old building, and we wouldn't blame the hotel owner for the cold weather. The staff was very nice and service was good. The breakfast was delicius, they even served bircher...

We stayed in the Hotel for one night and were pretty surprised as we expected a traditional and kind of rustic place, considering the area and name. Here and there you still see, that the hotel is still under progress of modernising, the bathrooms still have the old tiles and the carpets are still kind of old fashioned, but the...

We stayed here on a 3 day business trip whilst the hotel looks pretty from outside it is not so in the inside. We arrived around 8pm staff are friendly one guy seems to manage everything. No lifts so don't take big suitcase. The rooms are small functional but not much more than like a youth hostel. Bathroom is tiny...

The hotel is going under gradual renovation and it is absolutely worth the try. Have been upgraded to room 308 which is a very cosy and confortable totally new room. Large bed, room is at least 35 m2, Italian style shower. Breakfast is very decent with everything you can expect to start a busy day.

My husband and I stayed at the Alpenrose hotel for a night on a journey around Bavaria.
