It's the attention to detail that makes the Hotel Nora Emmerich outstanding. You can fetch a bottle of chilled local Riesling from the reception area and pour it into proper Römer glasses. Breakfast offers several types of sliced bread and Brötchen as well as an excellent selection of cold meat and cheese, home made preserves, local honey (wonderful), fried, scrambled...

This is a very nice and recommendable place. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is outstanding. Reception area is cosy with good selection of cold drinks including nice local wines. Nora and her staff are stars. The location is perfect for exploring the Rhein and Mosel around Koblenz. Very suitable for hiking trips, too. We will be back!

My wife and I stayed here for one night on our way south and now wish we had stayed a few more days. The room and bathroom were immaculately clean, the roller shutters guaranteed peace and quiet and the breakfast was just too much, even for me. Add to that the pleasant hosts and a picture postcard village just down...

Although we have been back nearly a month, I'm still happy about the Hotel Nora Emmerich in Winningen. It was easy to find and extremely clean and neat. Ms. Emmerich herself had good advice for every question we had. She personally arranged our vineyard tour. Every employee was courteous. Breakfast was bounteous. Although close to the highway, the site was...

We had a two night stay, the rooms were spotless and for walkers and bikers, I would say that the location was excellent. We are car drivers therefore travelled from Winningen to Cochem for the day which is only around 20 miles away. Also it has great access to Koblenz and the Rhine. Nora speaks very good English and is...

Friendly Owner and Staff. but Internet speed was dreadful, couldnt even watch Youtube videos. No international channels on TV. Near Koblenz and situated 500 yards above the village of Winningen is the small, clean and friendly Hotel Nora Emmerich, a delightful resting place over looking the wine fields of the Mossel region. Clean and far enough from the village for you to exercise after taking a meal in one of the many first class restaurants located down in the...
