We have just returned from our fourth visit to this exceptional, amazing, wonderful hotel (which speaks for itself) and I can only say that our experience gets better and better each time. From the faultless service, the exceptional food, the attention to detail, the beautiful gardens...I could go on and on but I would run out of superlatives to describe how much we love it at Olivia. I don't know how they train their staff but I wish every company who has any form of customer interaction could replicate their magical training. Nothing is too much trouble; the exceptional and truly amazing Katerina Micheli, the duty manager, has her finger on the pulse of everything that is happening, pays the most incredible attention to all her guests and has the most exceptional inter personal skills. Ikos is very lucky to have her. I must also mention the wonderful Asimina, the deputy food and beverage manager, who notices the minute a glass is empty or cutlery needed and has such a fabulous knowledge of wine. So many wonderful staff but special mention must also go to Veroni and Elena at Guest Relations, Eirini the brilliant nutritionist who so kindly and discretely sorted our daughter's dietary requirements, Lefteris and Sakis who looked after us whenever we needed cars, luggage help etc. The bars and restaurants are beyond compare and all the staff are amazing; Theano, Nikos and Chrysa in Anaya, Vanessa, Nicholas, Spyros and Julia in Provence, the wonderful Enea and Marios in Fresco, George and Androniki in Ouzo, Areti and Olga in the main lobby bar, Nansy in the sports centre with the energising aquafit and finally (but most definitely not least as they were fabulous) Vaggelis and Makis in Helios with the lovely Elena, Matilda and Maria. We cannot wait to return and once more step into the wondrous bubble of Olivia!!…
We have been to a couple of Ikos resorts and never disappointed - Olivia is slightly smaller and more intimate, but the same amazing service, Food and accommodation. You really cant fault any aspect - special call out for Foteini - looked after us in Flavours and nothing was to much trouble and great fun, George was superb and gave us a great night in Olive and Matlida !, our super beach lady - constantly offering us more drinks and food. A really great holiday and thanks to all for making it so special.
If you visit Ikos Olivia you will not want to go to a different resort ever again. The food at all places is placed in the category of six- stars, with the best being Fresco , the Italian restaurant, which is located next to the sea, giving us an extraordinary view. The manager, Enea , made us feel very welcomed with his kindness and professionalism. The guest relation team was always there before we even had to inform them about some minor problems we (unfortunately i dont remember the names of the girls but they were all amazing). A special mentioning has to be made for the whole staff that made our days with their smiles and goodwill. I will mention every name that i remember and Im sorry if i forgot someone: Fotini and Thomas from Flavours ,Kosta from the beach ,Matilda, Maria from Helios bar, Aretha from the lobby bar, Stefano manager of the beach bar and many more. Our highlight was the white night party on the beach . WOW , a party like the the ones you see in Ibiza. DJ Lazarus was amazing together with the very talented sax player. We would liked more white parties during the whole week. Just like we said at the beginning, if you come to Ikos olivia once you will probably keep coming back every year. We are looking forward to coming back next summer…
I have just returned from my 6th stay at Olivia (which already speaks volumes) and I have to say it was faultless as ever! First and foremost it’s the staff that make the Ikos resorts stand out above their competition Nothing is too much for them and they genuinely go above and beyond at every opportunity. There are too many to mention but shout out to Katerina and Veroni (2 of the hotel managers) George perashvili (hospitality manager) Asimina at fresco Nikoleta and Klea (deluxe pool) Vanessa in Provence Doru on reception Vegelis (Helios) Ana-Marie and George in Ouzo Sakis (on the buggy) And of course Maria As I said the list goes on. We were a tough group.. 12 people arriving at different times over 2 weeks with Children, a disabled woman and dietary requirements. Yet not once did we encounter any issues nor did our needs ever seem too much. I also decided to extend for an extra week which proved tricky as the resort is pretty full but they still managed to accommodate us (with a room move) which was all taken care of whilst we were at the pool . The resort is spotless… pools heated and beach clean and sandy. They have also made some welcome additions this year, a TRX workout area on the beach and a restaurant at the deluxe pool. The food is excellent, plenty of variety and the wine and cocktails impeccable. My favourite restaurant for lunch is undoubtedly Ouzo and for dinner Fresco We even ordered room service a couple of nights which is included as we were shattered from the complimentary water sports and cocktails 🍹 . Several of my party had never been to an Ikos before yet have already booked to go back I’ve been back home less than a week and am already planning my next stay! To say it’s addictive would be an understatement!!…
As a starter, I must confess that my parter and I had never previously taken an all inclusive holiday before, preferring instead the flexibility and choice that stays offer where we can eat and drink off the hotel premises as we please...And to that all I can say is, if our first ever experience with Ikos was a marker for any future all inclusive we holidays I take, then the bar has been set ridiculously high! Every aspect of our stay was simply wonderful - the Hotel itself was spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed and laid out across a wonderful space of lush gardens, pool areas, restaurants, bars, a beach with stunning sunset views, and an array of other leisure facilities. There really are too many great things to say about the Hotel and our stay to meaningfully list them all, but the overall quality of the facilities aside, the stand-out aspects were unquestionably the range of wonderful food and drink on offer, and above all else, the amazing staff. We must have uttered the phrase 'they just cannot do enough for you' to one and other plus other guests when chatting at least 20-times! And never has a repeated phrase been so valid! The entire team across the whole resort were incredibly attentive, kind, helpful, friendly and they genuinely went above and beyond to ensure that my parters birthday, which was the primary reason for our stay, was a dream holiday, going even as far as to fully decorate our room with an array of balloons and banners that I had provided - I thought perhaps they would put up a few for me while we were out at dinner, and instead they decorated the whole room far better than I ever could have done! It seems almost unfair to name any members of the team by name as they were all so fantastic, but special mentions for our personal experience must go to Dimitris, Athena, Olga, Elena, Yaki, Nickolas, Anastasia, Mari-Eva, Anna, Katarina, and Daru - plus our amazingly helpful pool-side and Teatro bar-attendant whose name I sadly did not note, but who shared the same birthday as my partner while we were there! Hopefully he at least sees this and knows who he is... In summary, Ikos has converted us to 100% all-inclusive holiday converts, as long as the Hotel is an Ikos Hotel! Don't hesitate to book, it's worth every penny!…
