We stayed for an important event in Iglesias and chose this hotel as our headquarters and the choice was more than right.
It is an old-fashioned hotel where the customer is placed at the center of attention by a highly professional, friendly and attentive staff.
Enviable location in Piazza Sella and equipped with private parking.
Really a pleasant experience.

A very cozy small hotel which is family run in an outstanding manner. Friendly management that makes you feel at home. Nice rooms and excellent restaurant. It is well placed in the main square of Iglesias and easy to find from Cagliari in only 45 minutes by car and a 40 km pleasant drive. Very good friendly service. Rooms face the main square. Easy to find parking space.

3rd time in this amazing hotel,
Cannot fault the cleanliness, kind and very helpful staff, where nothing is impossible.
Also offer amazing dishes at their restaurant,
Not to mention it's wonderful location, stone throw to city centre, short bus ride to its beautiful beaches.
Looking forward to coming back again and again.
Thank you for your amazing hospitality.

This hotel was very well located on one of the main roads into town and so easy to find. We were able to park the bike safely and easily and the old town was only a few metres away. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the positives end there. Our room smelt of cigarettes and damp, it was small and the sheets were not well ironed (leading you to wonder how clean they were). The shower leaked, the door to the bathroom was almost impossible to close and the whole hotel gave the impression of lack of care and in desperate need of renovation. Breakfast was poor and as uninspiring as the decor in which it was served. We really don't expect luxury of any kind when you pay between 70 and 80 euros a night, but at least everything should be clean, work and of reasonable quality.

We stayed in this hotel for only one night - and for one night it's okay. Everything seems to be old and run down and would need some updating. Breakfast is okay. Location is good as there are only a few steps into the old town. You can book a place in the garage for an additional 3 Euros.

This hotel is located centrally in a city where there is no parking. Private parking behind the hotel can be booked in advance and costs 3 eu a day. A must! So these are the best features. Propriator extremely helpfull, as is all the staff. Expect no luxury... the clean and simple rooms and bathrooms could do with a make-over. But on the whole rather confortable. Breakfast is rather simple, coffee from a nescafé-machine... no fresh fruit juice.
We had one diner in the hotel restaurant. Sadly, the items on the menu we favoured were not available. Honest cooking without frills.

There are just one hotel in this town (I think), lucky for us this wasa decent one. Not to the 2013 standard - but 1990's. Anyhow, clean and ok. Breakfast was ok. Staff nice and friendly, locacion near to the old town was ok.

We stayed here one night. The staff was friendly. The breakfast stale. The rooms were shabby and the next day we realized we had dozens of bedbug bites! And it was overpriced. It does have a good location.

The Rough Guide said this place had no character but we thought that was more than a bit unfair as we had an entirely good experience of it and thought it was quirky enough to be interesting and the staff were lovely. We would definitely go back again. We had no Italian and they were great about trying some English with us. Reception was never unattended and service was pleasant and personal. The bed was fine and the bedroom and bathroom clean and comfortable. Our room looked out on the busy square - so we could people-watch - and yet was quiet with the window closed. The proprietor came out to treat us to some of his family's home-made myrtle liqueur. The food in the restaurant was pretty good and we recommend the special seafood starter for two as long as you realise it has eight platefuls and you must not order anything to follow unitl you are sure you have room for it. I appreciated the breakfast eggs as I am not too keen on the cake-filled type of breakfast traditional in Sardinian hotels. We used the garage for a small fee.

This hotel is located at the main square in Iglesias. From outside it looks not good at all, but inside is really nice with a huge room to rest and see TV and read. Our 4-bedded room was really ok and the breakfast was also good for the price we paid. But the best of all is it's location nearby the old town. The staff was very helpful.
