We stayed in Hotel Mezzolago on 28th April. Since we entered the hotel, the reception was very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely breakfast with great selection. The entire hotel made us feel very welcome, the staff was extremely helpful. I can definitely recommend Mezzolago for a weekend getaway.

Excellent place to stay in the area, good food, Aldo and staff very accommodating, terrific outdoor eating area, views to die for. Midway between two centers with easy walking access to both. The hotel is situated on the lake edge, it has a sundeck with pool and sunbeds. Other towns can be reached by the local bus service and the...

We only tried the restaurant, but if you are in the area it is definitely worth a trip. Good typical food from the region with a twist from the chef, very kind and efficient service, incredible views over the placid lake. I will go back

We've stayed at the Mezzolago many times and always look forward to going back. It's a small family-run hotel in a stunning location right on the edge of Lake Ledro. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, and the food is delicious. The area is unspoiled and it's ideal for a relaxing holiday but there are also plenty of options...

We stayed at this hotel when travelling with a group of approx. 40 people from the north of England and so this most be borne in mind when reading the review, but there were a small number of independent travellers. The hotel is a small family run hotel half way along Lake Ledro as its name suggests. The owner/manager Aldo...

This hotel is excellent for walkers, cyclists, bikers, motorists or just those who want to relax in beautiful surroundings and take the occasional stroll. It is ideally placed for visits to the much busier Lake Garda (bus right outside the front door), whilst being much more tranquil and infinitely less commercialised. It is in a very small village (almost a...

I travelled to Hotel Mezzolago with German friends who had stayed there several times. We were warmly greeted by Roberto, who explained that Aldo, the owner, was away for the day. In the evening when we went for dinner, Aldo's welcome was very warm and friendly. This hotel is a bit off the beaten track, but perfect as a retreat...

This is a family run hotel that if on a Greek Island or a Spanish costa would get a 4, if not 5 star rating. Aldo and his team keep the place clean and tidy, the food is good and the staff are helpful. The views across the lake from the Dining Room and rooms on that side of the...

I am surprised by some of the other reviews as the manager, Aldo, was excellent. ( as were all the staff). There was a large group staying and, as a single traveller, he ensured that I received equally attentive service as he did to all the other guests. The restaurant food was excellent. In addition I had trouble getting wifi on my...

“Rooms overlooking the lake are obviously the best. Guests with rooms on the roadside found them a little noisier, but we are not talking downtown traffic here. There is no aircon, but you really do not need it. It is 650 metres above sea level in the lakes & mountains, not Sicily or Sardinia!”
