our room was very well equipped with all the comfort of modern life but we had the feeling of being a host in a very special place, with history and soul without being pompous. We spent a few days of serenity and pleasure. They took care of us with great discretion and great efficiency. We will go again, it stays... More

This is a truly beautiful location and definitely worth the drive up the hill. Charming and relaxing with panoramic views of the Umbrian Hills. The Food was excellent, freshly prepared and served to us privately on our terrace so we could enjoy the wonderful sunset. This is truly a place of charm and relaxation. Thank you so much to Antonio... More

This location is only to be reached after an adventure ride through the Umbrian woods on a gravel road. About 15 minutes from Umbertide, uphill. Good food. Friendly service. Some menu's were not available, but on the other hand the opened up for us this Sunday!

Located in the hilly Umbrian woods. It takes a 15 minutes ride up hill. Great location. Friendly service. Good food although the menucard showed some dishes that were not available anymore. We had to ask for a winecooler. It's worth the drive up through the woods!

This is the place where to go if you want to relax! Away from traffic and noise, in the wonderful Umbrian countryside. I spent there three days. You have the swimming pool, clean rooms with antique forniture and the restaurant is absolutely amazing! I know they arrange weddings...an unforgettable location!

We visited the abbey in September as we were thinking about booking it for a wedding in 2015. We fell in love with it at first sight. It seemed perfect for us for our special day. We came home elated that we had found what we were looking for. So we contacted the abbey to make arrangements, we initially were... More

I am the owner of the Abbey San Faustino and I am very sorry of your review in which you have forgotten to write some things that explain what happened. You came for the first time in San Faustino accompanied by a wedding planner and asking for a quote. After a few weeks you returned with another wedding planner, asking... More

We have just returned from our Wedding at the Abbey. Our family and guests all stayed for 5 days during which we had our wedding ceremony and reception. I don't know where to start! The food and service were top notch and the Abbey staff led by Valentina worked very long hours to make sure the entire experience was perfect.... More

We have just returned from a weeks stay at this wonderful venue, checking it out as our daughter has booked it for her wedding venue next year. The drive up to the Abbey is a little daunting but stick with it for the most spectacular views of the Umbrian countryside. The charm of this old building is enhanced by the... More
