The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room was excellent, clean and very spacious with a good sized bathroom, TV, plenty of storage space, mini bar and a safe. Although I was on my own the room had a king size bed which was very comfortable. The lighting, door and curtains are all electronic and controlled by a chipped card. The only issue I had was how to close the door after exiting the room but then that is probably because I'm an old fart and not quite up to speed with new techy stuff. Breakfast is the usual continental style with pastries, bread rolls, eggs and various cooked meats. The double expresso coffee gave me a great caffeine fix setting me up for the day!! There is good secure basement parking with access using your room chip card. The train station is only a ten minute walk away, I would advise anyone wanting to visit Venice to pay the 5euro e/w fare rather than pay the crazy parking fees in Venice itself.…
The hotel is located on a junction of two busy roads. There is not much to see/do within walking distance of the hotel. The rooms are small and simple, the beds are uncomfortable because of the plastic sheet under the cotton sheets. Bathroom is simple, but everything works. Breakfast is very basic, a limited selection of everything. At least I could get a coffee from a real espressomachine.
I was staying in this hotel for 3 weeks (5th-23rd December 2017) in this hotel during my training in Cadoneghe. The rooms are nice and clean. However, there is no tea and coffee making facilities. But the staff are very friendly to the guest, and also the Chef from restaurant. Even he let me to go in the kitchen to cook by my self if I want. What an awesome surprise.... The breakfast are very standard, no intercontinental breakfast only croissant, cookies, juice & coffee. For the TV, 99% are italian chanel :( No HBO, No Fox Movies But I was enjoying my time there. Keep Up the good work
The Hotel has nice technology inside the rooms: Light and ambience control, radio at the bed, automated opening of curtains and many other things. The room by itself is just fine in size. They could make a better breakfast, when you first enter, it looks like an improvised and spontaneous breakfast buffet filled with things buyed at the supermarket. But the homemade pastries and really friendly staff helps you ignore that. Wifi could be better and is a little uncomfortable to access.
Stayed at the Ariston for almost a week. It's a businessman's hotel, and the staff are, very friendly and professional, but they lack some of the basic facilities found in all the hotels we stayed at,during our trip. For example, they don't provide an iron, so if you need an ironed shirt for your business meeting you have to go to their laundry room on another floor Not very convenient. The rooms are very nice and very clean, as are,the bathrooms. However, there is no complimentary water, and no tea and coffee making facilities. The restaurant downstairs has a very basic breakfast and is open for lunch. But we wanted a pre dinner drink and were told it,wasn't open yet so had to go to the bar across the road. In the past we had to pay for wifi, but this time it was free. Overall, it's a nice hotel, but not enough facilities to be rated a four star establishment…
