First time in this hotel. Excellent and personal service. Attention to details were on top at all times. Rooftop is great, a little small so be early to get a subbed. Beautiful equipped hotel with everything you needl. Feel that things are thought trough in regards to guest design and experience. Take your time for breakfast as this is a highlight, serves locally produce and great selection of fresh products. The omelet was the best I have had in years. Love the open kitchen and how they interact with their guests. This will be one of my favorite hotels in Palma. Looking forward to come back.

Wonderful gardens Facilities are great Staff is very efficient and friendly Only the bedroom experience could have been improved (shower not functioning, heat during the night and no AC and noise in the morning), as well as the gym (machines were not working) But the pool (inside and heated) and the sauna were great ! We will come back for sure, in another room :)

Rooms are extremely small and beds are not really comfortable. Staff is friendly, but not at the level of a relais-chateau or a hotel for this price. Breakfast is nice but could be better (old bread and cakes, eggs too cooked, etc). Lacking attention to detail overall.

Everything was perfect and the place itself is amazing. People were very kind and very welcoming. It seems that you are lost in the middle of nowhere but in a very conformable place. The landscape is breathtaking and thanks God, they get some rain.... The gardens are magnificent and rthey manage to use the ancient stones and walls to make something great. Extremely good balance between ancient and confort. BRAVO.

Santa Ponsa is a beautiful hotel and location. We found the experience to be a little disorganised by the staff everyone had a different answer to any question you had. We were also very disappointed with the hotel restaurant and room service food. Limited selection of food. The bar too we were told it was open until around 11.30pm but one of the evenings a Saturday the waitress was bringing the bill and closing the doors just after 10pm which was disappointing seeing as the hotel is isolated guests are likely to want to enjoy the hotel facilities. We also tried the ham in the spa which didn't really work. The restaurant was one of the primary reasons why we switched our hotels the last evening as we did not find the overall experience that enjoyable.

This is an oasis in Menorca. A wonderful historic building with the most incredible grouds. The facilities are second to none, and service equally so. The outside seating areas make it the most exotic night away that I have had. We spa treatments were professional, and the facilities clean and relaxing.

Just spent a week and a half at this property and cannot recommend it enough. The property and setting are simply gorgeous. The grounds are absolutely immaculate. Every single detail is beautiful. The restaurant is amazing. Having breakfast there every morning was such a special treat. Every single item at the buffet was either artisan/hand made or fresh from the farm/garden. If you’re looking for a huge selection of things you would never want to eat, this is not the place for you. However, if you’re looking for a hand-picked and crafted menu that is not incredibly extensive but with every item on there being of exquisite quality, this is the place for you. What made our stay even more memorable, was the attentiveness of staff. Every single individual went above and beyond. Special shout out to Nicolas, the manager. He made sure our stay in Menorca was nothing short of perfect. The hotel has a very nice boat that you can hire. We ended up going on the boat on four different days of our stay and each and every time our amazing Skipper Fran made sure that we got to explore different parts of the island. Every single detail including the lunch on the boat was provided by the hotel and was beyond delicious. Nicolas also made arrangements for us to go horse riding on the property. By the way, the hotel property is huge and includes a picturesque quarry amongst beautiful nature walks. We had a fantastic time horse riding with our children and could not recommend this activity enough. The hotel also has an incredibly beautiful and good spa. We went there on two different days of our stay and had amazing treatments. It is not to be missed. We loved our stay so much that we already booked it for next year. Far from everything. Small pool, no service. Rooms are very basic, airconditioner is lousy. No service between 3 pm and 8 pm. Staff very nice. If you want to be alone, read a book and chill this is the place.

You do not get any of the attentions you might be expecting from a 600€/night hotel. Plus, the pictures of the rooms on the website are false, misleading your choice. No service at the pool. Basically, very minimum service. But food is delicious.
