Recent returned from 5 days here, our second visit in two years. A nice hotel set in lovely grounds located a short 15-minute stroll from the main town and 5 minutes from the beachfront walk, staff are friendly and a great place to relax. Great range of drinks on the all-inclusive. Rooms cleaned daily - nice to have a Nespresso coffee machine in the room. The buffet breakfast and evening meals in the adults-only area were of very good quality, but for us, the cherry on the top was the Bar Jameos in the adults-only area - here at lunchtime you get freshly cooked food with waiter service, where the barman Chuss was just the most amazing person, so friendly and welcoming and always ensured we were looked after. The chill-out vibe here at the bar and the adjacent pool was a lovely place to spend most of our time at the resort. Although there's a range of activities that take place in the day in the wider complex, also at the adults-only bar once a week there's a tasting of wines/cheeses and cocktail making by Ramon - these were informative and fun so I'd recommend attending these!

All round excellent! Very friendly staff, great entertainments team, fabulous food and a wide range of choice. Quiet location, a short walk into Playa Blanca, and a welcome 25C break, especially compared to the Britush weather Elba Lanzarote offer a range of room & board options, with an adults only area and a top class Prestige offering. Good quality entertainment both for adults and children. Especially good we're the wine & cheese and cocktails demos - well done 'Raymon from Cuba'. Our only criticism is poor WiFi - OK in some areas, but non-existent in others. Fortunately O2 still provide free roaming in Spain, but that is disappearing. Elba need to upgrade their bandwidth...

Had a fantastic week at the Elba Premium Suites. The room was lovely, so clean and comfy, and being able to order from the pillow menu was great! The adults only pool was dreamy, so relaxing with the best barman Chuss, he was fantastic. So attentive and full of fun, he made our holiday! The buffet was adequate but the food at the pool and the Italian a la carte was lovely! Thankyou for a fabulous stay. We will definitely be back xx

We returned yesterday and we have already booked to return on the 2nd October this year. The hotel was everything we had hoped for, the rooms were clean and well furnished with the most comfortable beds. We were there on a half board basis which suits us nicely as AI as never appealed. The restaurant which was buffet style was perfectly adequate, my only fault was with the A La Carte, we booked for two, had one and cancelled the second , we found the service in the buffet restaurant was far better with much friendlier staff and I will tell reception when I next visit that we don’t require the A la carte. All in all this was a most delightful holiday

Here now. This hotel could be great but sad to say it isn't. It is not the chilled relaxed experience we expected. There is a large group who are here on a corporate event and are very loud. We & other guests have had to leave the premier lounge in the evening because we couldn't hear the entertainment. We booked the premium suites because we wanted the exclusive adult facilities. I would suggest to anyone booking to come, just pay for the basic village package as we have been forced to use them. The Premium areas aren't exclusive as anyone can wander in & use the facilities so why pay more. I suggested previously a keycard system but management are obviously not bothered. I will update at the end of this holiday but unfortunately I don't expect any improvement.

This the first holiday abroad for my partner and I since being together and I must say, we weren't disappointed. We are both vegan, and we managed to find something everyday. If you are vegan or have a dietary requirement, I would definitely suggest talking to the restaurant manager, both the lady and the man (who I assume were both restaurant managers) were really helpful. The lady (I'm sorry, I didn't get your name) spoke to the chef who made us something separately, but we did also manage to get some bits and bobs from the buffet. On our last night we were booked into La Nonna, this is the Italian a la carte restaurant, we had one visit to an a la carte restaurant included in our stay. It's waiter/waitress service in this restaurant which was really nice. They made us something off menu and it was lovely. Just for info, families with children are allowed to eat here too, we did go at 7.30pm so I'm wondering if we'd gone later, there might not have been any, but it wasn't a problem for us and we had a lovely meal. We liked our accommodation, it was more like a little bungalow in blocks of 4. The adult only section is gated off but depending on where your room is, you may hear/see children along the paths on the family section of the resort, once again, this wasn't a problem for us. The staff we came across were all really lovely and helpful. The bar staff don't skimp on the measures so you get pretty strong drinks.. not that we were complaining 😁 The hotel grounds and everywhere around the hotel was always clean. The entertainment was mostly good, we enjoyed the rock duo, I think they were called rock resurrection, or something like that. The entertainment we saw in the adult only bar was enjoyable too. Only some small things: The room wasn't always cleaned brilliantly, they work really hard though and have a lot to do so I don't expect perfection, just sometimes it was better/worse than others. We also had to speak to reception as our terrace door was left unlocked by the cleaner on 2 occasions, mistakes/accidents happen and luckily nothing bad came from it, it didn't happen again though so that was good. Adding more vegan friendly mains would be fantastic and could also be enjoyed by vegetarians or those who just fancy trying something different. Oh and the variety show.. definitely not for me but I'm sure others enjoyed it. Overall we had an amazing holiday, we met lovely, friendly and helpful staff and we would definitely come again, we would also recommend to our family and friends, in fact, we already have been! A big thank you to all the staff who work so hard and who helped make our 1st holiday abroad together, one to remember for all the right reasons 😊

We have been regular visitors to Elba Premium Suites over the last 5/6 years. On our last two visits in Oct 22 and January 23 the standards have fallen dramatically and, in our opinion, the hotel can no longer be described as “Premium”. Whilst the accommodation is superb the service, particularly in the adults restaurant, has deteriorated dramatically. Some staff are abrupt and insist on setting up tables for breakfast more than an hour before evening meal has finished, whilst leaving dirty crockery to pile up from the evening service. At breakfast there are similar issues, in addition to certain chefs clearing away cooking stations well before the end of breakfast service. Coffee machines were out of service for days on end, leaving big queues at the one machine left in service for over 100 guests. After discussing the issues with Nadia ( Guest Relations Manager) who acknowledged the issues and promised to email me with details of plans to resolve the issues, I am still to receive anything from her. Therefore we won’t be going back until see much improved reviews. Such a pity as this used to be our “go to” destination.

A week away with a friend - we booked privilege junior suite, all inclusive. All staff really friendly and professional (except older chap booking us into the a la carte!). Room was cleaned daily. Just a couple of niggles - dirty glasses not taken away/clean ones returned, and it was impossible to watch the tv given which wall it’s fixed to! Hotel/pool areas were lovely. V clean. We only used the adult only pool (which was warm enough) and that pool bar. Sunbeds a bit crammed in but if you wanted more space the other pool area was more spacious. We were there for a week and despite trying to book the 2 a la carte on our first morning, the times/days available for the week were very limited. I wouldn’t bother upgrading to privilege if it is just to get the a la carte options. Food in El Mirador (adult only) was good. White and rose wines not v good but the red was fine. Anyone got any questions…..just ask.

Excellent resort, adults only areas and accommodation, entertainment every night for families and in the adult only bars, housekeeping fantastic, Danni in the Bar El Mirador was very attentive and helpfull, Antonio and another lady whose name we didnt get were both fantastic at the Los Jameos pool, restaurant and reception all brilliant. Be aware some of the villas can be quite shaded but there are plenty of areas for sun worshippers.
