Think this is my 16th visit and I love this hotel. The warm welcome from the friendly staff . Lovely room kept spotlessly clean . Never had a problem getting a sun bed and staff would help if you couldn’t . Meals lovely and all eaten in the restaurant. The pool bar was great and the drinks top quality. As always met some lovely people. Entertainment was really good during the day round the pool. Singers in the afternoon. Entertainment in pool bar in the evening. Various acts and very enjoyable. Music in the tent area in the evening but I wished they would bring the disco back there. Weather fabulous which always helps . Can’t wait to be back in September. Jhoan is always there for any queries And Maloud behind the bar is always fantastic.

My husband and I have just returned from a 2 week stay at the H10 White Suites. The suites are in an ideal location if you want to venture down to the beach or Playa Blanco. For the more adventurous a walk to the beaches in Papagoyo or up Montana Rojo is also recommended.(Both approx 15km from hotel) The hotel itself is fantastic . Beautiful clean spacious studios set by an idyllic relaxing pool . Staff very polite, helpful and friendly. Food fantastic in both the restaurant and at the pool bar. A great selection of branded drinks and cocktails if all inclusive. The animations team ( Ricardo) is also great . Lots of activities including poolbike, boules, darts , drumming to keep us adults entertained during the day . The evening entertainment (live music and shows) also very good . We will definitely return again ( didn’t even want to leave ) Thank you to all the hotel staff for making our stay very enjoyable.…

Currently at the airport after a lovely 5 night stay at the Friends of H10 White Suites Boutique Hotel lovely positives very clean staff amazing central location to the Marina and Beach front afternoon singers great met some lovely people there only 2 negatives sometimes pool area is deathly silent and the food 🤦♀️in our opinion wasn’t the best we ate out even though all inclusive as husband was not impressed never any staff on the grill and a lot of confused guest waiting for the meat/ fish to be done. The only reason we wouldn’t return is the food but this is a lovely small hotel. Also if you do join the FB page for the hotel, admin will not accept any negative reviews so future guest are not really get all opinions bad or good.

Stayed here for 4nights end of March…I booked here due to other reviews. I was a little disappointed as the place does need some TLC. I noticed broken wooden slats around the pool area that anyone could have tripped over.. Other minor niggles I also spotted. The hotel mainly seems to cater for the over 50s…We are in our mid 40s and it didn’t bother us because we wanted no kids screaming. Like a lot have said, when we checked in we was told not to reserve sun beds so we didn’t. Come 9am on our first morning couldn’t find one free and hardly anyone sitting on them. Unfortunately there is just not enough space. We went half board , typical Spanish hotel food , but again way too many people…the dining room just not big enough…However not the hotels fault if everyone comes to dinner all at once. I would have gave 3 stars for general maintenance of the place , but the staff does give it the 4 as they are all friendly….Would I stay here again unfortunately no 4 nights was sufficient.…

We had a nice break at this hotel with many positives but also a few negatives The location is great with restaurants, bars and beach in walking distance The rooms are spacious but the one we stayed is was tired and did need refreshing. The room was generally clean with the exception of the balcony and patio furniture. We did have to phone 3 days out of 7 as we were not left towels. I personally was disappointed with the lack of air con. I appreciate the hotel does say it doesn’t have air con in the winter months but the room was at 25 degrees even in the night. I think the hotel needs to base decisions on the weather not just the date. I know many others had mentioned this as we were allocated ‘the last’ fan Great selection of drinks and cocktails well made. Food was generally good but there were some days where the consistency didn’t seem there and some of the items were lukewarm Some of the public areas do also need a lick of paint and walkways needed sweeping and mopping Pool area is relatively small but we were always able to get sun beds. These were very comfortable but the mattresses on them got extremely hot! Some of the entertainment round the pool was age inappropriate - house music DJ probably appealed to <1% of guests. Plus it was loud and given the small space you couldn’t escape from it to either listen to one’s own music or enjoy peace and quiet. I think the day time entertainment needs to be reviewed. Wouldn’t describe the hotel as boutique at all and this is a bit misleading. We had a nice stay but it didn’t meet all our expectations given the cost paid. That’s not to say we wouldn’t return but we wouldn’t be rushing back…

Having never stayed in one before, I wondered what a "boutique hotel" was, so had a look on the internet. The Oxford English Dictionary offers the following definition “a small stylish hotel, typically one situated in a fashionable urban location.” A boutique hotel has a distinct character, intentional design and decor, and personalized service. Other sources suggest less than 100 beds. This hotel has closer to 200. I think most people who have stayed here would agree it doesn't meet these criteria thererfore shouldn't be calling itself "boutique". That said it had it's good points, nice food, good levels of cleaning, premium drinks and a system to prevent people reserving sunbeds early that was actually enforced. The pool area could get crowded but there was always a sunbed available if you asked. All food choices were always available and the staff helpful and welcoming. Though the staff were hardworking and efficient, there never appeared to be enough of them, on occasion it took quite some time to get their attention to place a drinks order and there was often a queue for the dining room. The hotel generally seems to lack enough indoor space for dining, or if the weather is too cold to sit out in the evening, at the pool bar whilst the entertainment is on. As with most holidays the stay can be affected significantly by other guests. Being adults only helped and most fellow guests behaved impeccably. There was however one party however who hit the all inclusive drinks hard and engaged in bouts of singing loudly and badly round an otherwise quiet pool, to the annoyance of others. To their credit though, this didn't develop into the arguing and fighting stage as I've seen so often elsewhere. We did enjoy our stay here and would probably return.…

This started out as a five star review. First few days at this hotel was very good but then issues emerged that became quite irritating. First of all, there’s sometimes a wait to go into dinner, that’s really not a problem, but what is a problem is going to the bar where on several occasions we waited 25 minutes to be served in the restaurant the staff seemed to be absolutely rushed off their feet. Literally running around which didn’t make for a relaxed atmosphere. On several evenings, our starter and main dish plates stayed on the table while we were eating dessert! It was quite difficult to catch someone’s eye to get a drink… I actually felt quite sorry for the staff. The food the first few nights was actually quite good, but there were other evenings where I felt it dropped below an acceptable standard as it was bland, and lukewarm at best… best summed up as inconsistent However, what pushed my rating down to three is my wife observed the server, using the same spatula that he had just used to turn the meat on grill, to cut the vegetarian pizza she was having! She declined it…That is just not on. Then on one morning at breakfast, the guy cooking the bacon was correctly using the red tongs to put raw bacon onto the grill. When I asked for some of the cooked bacon, he used the same red tongs to immediately pick up !!! if basic hygiene and cross-contamination errors are being made in front of the customer, it makes you wonder what’s happening behind the scenes! On a positive note, the hotel was clean, we loved the location, we loved the room, we loved the layout of the hotel, and all of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel we usually stay with was closed for redevelopment but we were delighted with this hotel. From the moment we arrived we were looked after extremely well by very attentive staff. The room was spacious and the breakfast in the restaurant was varied and you had the option for freshly cooked bacon, eggs or omelette. Couldn't fault it. We will be back

Lovely relaxing 5 days Staff were helpful and extremely friendly from the start. Our room was ready immediately very spacious clean and lots of extras. Rooms cleaned every day to a high standard by lovely helpful staff. Pool area and grounds great well kept, was a little crowded however pool attendant did help anyone who neededa bed. Pool bar fantastic drinks good quality bar food lovely and fab funny helpful staff. Was a little cold for evening entertainment and not much room inside. Did enjoy the entertainment dayan night even though our party were younger than some. Restaurant was often very busy and did have to wait staff did work quickly to accommodate everyone. Great choice for all meals although if eating later in the evening some options not available, good breakfast and lunch occasionally some food was not hot enough. Great choice for all inclusive for 5 days may have got bored if staying longer. In general friendly Great Hotel would definitely visit again.…

I blame myself for not doing enough research on this hotel. We have stayed at a H10 boutique hotel a couple of times in Corralejo, Fuerteventura and had a fabulous time in a 95 bedroomed truly boutique hotel. H10 White Suites has 195 bedrooms and in my opinion cannot refer to itself as “boutique” a word that means a small establishment. It was rammed and you had to queue every time you entered the restaurant to get a table and then queue again for the freshly prepared food. There was no lounge area just a bar with lots and lots of uncomfortable dining chairs. It reminded me of a doctors waiting room. Generally the hotel was ok and the staff were very friendly and helpful but it was not what we had expected and for that as I said earlier I blame myself for not checking the number of bedrooms before booking…
