What a wonderful hotel! We have just arrived back from a two week stay at the amazing White Suites. It is the first time staying in this hotel and we cannot wait to return.
Staff in this hotel are all really friendly, welcoming and hard working. It is the staff in this hotel that really make the experience special. We would like to say a special thank you to all of the staff throughout this fantastic hotel for making our stay so enjoyable. The reception team and guest relations are also very helpful for anyone with questions during their stay and they work very hard to ensure all guests have a brilliant holiday.
The hotel facilities are always spotless! This is a really clean hotel which I would describe as spotless. We really appreciated the level of hygiene in the grounds, hotel and rooms. Rooms are cleaned daily which is fantastic.
The dining room is absolutely brilliant. As a family we have a few different dietary needs and this hotel has an excellent and broad ranging selection of quality food throughout breakfast, lunch and dinner. I particularly appreciated the selection of fish and vegetarian food available throughout the different meals and staff ensured correct food hygiene handling to ensure eggs were cooked separately from bacon at breakfast which we LOVE! A special thank you to Mojados (Breakfast chef) for her cheerful smiling and singing service with the best eggs! The food is of excellent quality, hot and always replenished. This is the best all-inclusive dining experience due to the dining room being clean, calm and well presented.
The entertainment in this adult only hotel is amazing! There is entertainment around the pool during the afternoon and the evening. We really enjoyed the music entertainment specifically; White Night (Rock music & DJ Nandy), DJ Nandy pool side party, Soulhunters night and Aaron (daytime soul singer). We really appreciated how hard the bar staff worked during the day and the evening with fresh drinks being made all the time. Drinks are of an excellent quality (branded drinks) with a selection of choices which is also one of the reasons we will be returning!
The sun loungers are the most comfortable we have ever experienced! The pools are lovely and cool which is nice and refreshing for a swim when it is lovely and hot in Lanzarote. We loved the location of the hotel being really near the centre of Playa Blanca as this is one of our favourite resorts. Plenty of things to go and explore with many lovely local restaurants, cafes and bars.

We have been to many 4 star all inclusive hotels but none was to this standard. The location is perfect . All the rooms are suites we asked to be on the 1st floor and in the bathroom there was a skylight that light up the bathroom during the day,full length mirror in the bedroom usually lacking, free minibar, the safe has a plug so you can charge your phone while it is in the safe! Cleaner come every day to change towels, refills coffee pods and water, i read some people complain that there is no kettle but you can get boiling water too from nespresso machine. The food just amazing, well presented and spotless a part from the usual ignorant people cutting bread with their hand without covering it with the cloth provided so i had to stick to rolls, and even thought the buffet restaurant usually feels like a canteen ,they try to make it a bit special in the evening with different tablecloths, drink service and an by making all men wear long trousers and shirt, you sigh in at the door and escorted to your table, and you get the whole bottle of wine instead of just a glass, in the bar EVERY drink on the menu is included, all drinks are premium! sunbeds are padded and washed every morning, the whole place is spotless.The staff is very friendly and hardworking, Carlos and Juan exceptional customer service and one of the manager Miguel was helping everybody all day long with the biggest smile and bubbly Absolutely would recommend, worth every single penny.

Had a lovely 7 nights here and would highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing break. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, robes, slippers and toiletries are provided as well as a few other useful items. There’s a hairdryer and a coffee machine and a tv in both the living area and the sleeping area and the cleaners come in every day. There’s a great choice of food at each meal time and the staff are very friendly. Special mention to Ernie who does the show cooking. One thing I would mention which we weren’t aware of before we arrived is that men must wear long trousers in the evening at dinner. There are plenty of comfortable sun loungers and the hotel provides towels. The poolside bar serves a good choice of snacks at lunchtime and the staff are also very friendly. We went for the all inclusive option which I would recommend as they use premium brand spirits. There’s entertainment in the evenings in the indoor or outdoor bar or you can relax in the haima bar and watch music videos. In the spa area there is gym equipment and a sauna and steam room. You can book treatments at an extra cost. There is a supermarket just over the road and it’s only a short walk to the beach/promenade if you want to venture out. Would definitely return.

We chose this hotel for our very first Christmas away (ages 69/73!). We had stayed in January in the 5* hotel over the road, but this time wanted somewhere smaller and adults only for a relaxing time. We usually stay B & B, but this time selected half board. We could not have chosen anywhere better and had a wonderful time. We had requested a walk-in shower by email before arrival, and this was duly provided. The suite was lovely, very comfortable beds and sofa, and Nespresso machine with capsules replenished free every two days. The large TV over Christmas offered several UK channels; the terrace with lounger and table/chairs faced beautifully kept and interestingly planted gardens. Both the lobby and pool bars were well-run and pleasant.
But the biggest surprise was the sheer quality of the catering, which way outstripped our expectations. The choice and standard of the starters/cold buffet was so good we hardly have the words to describe it. Most nights the starters were themed; a particular favourite was the evening when there were 6 or 7 different kinds of smoked fish – all tasting different, a real treat. I had read before travel that there was always fish available to have cooked to order in the evenings, which is one of the reasons we chose this hotel. I was never disappointed, there were always two fish and two meat/poultry options to be cooked in front of you as well as several ready-presented hot dishes. If you wanted turkey and sprouts like a previous December reviewer who thought the catering was bland, then you should have stayed at home. The Gala Buffet for Christmas evening was almost too much choice, the desserts were my highlight!
All the staff were excellent, friendly and efficient, and seemed happy to be there. Special mentions for Mahlmoud (?) in the lobby bar, Manuel with his ready smile and chat, and especially Paula the waitress, whose natural customer engagement was exceptional. My husband also joined in the archery and praised the young ladies who led the daytime entertainment. There were several solo travellers, male and female; this hotel seemed ideal if you are on your own, easy to make friends or just do your own thing in a relaxed atmosphere. We met many people who had been going to this hotel for many years and are sure to join their company in the future.

We have just returned from a week in this lovely boutique hotel. It is an adults only hotel & small in size so was very relaxing & peaceful. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout. Rooms very nicely decorated & lovely toiletries provided with bath robe & slippers. We opted for all inclusive & so all drinks & food included. Quality of the meals was very good & a varied daily. Plenty of choice for alcoholic drinks as part of the all inclusive deal. Two small nice pools(one heated) & a jacuzzi all kept very clean & well maintained. The sun beds are all cleaned daily too. The toilets near the pool immaculate & clean. Nice pool bar & snacks available there if you wish. Entertainment available in evenings & there is a Moroccan style tent where there is a Dj & shisha pipes(extra cost). The staff are all very friendly & go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Excellent service & a particular mention of Juan who worked between the restaurant & bar. He was very friendly, efficient & good fun. I really have no negative things to say about this hotel, I loved it there & look forward to staying again soon hopefully. Well done to all the staff who provide good service & to the housekeeping & maintenance staff who keep the hotel & grounds in excellent condition! Location wise it is not far from the beach & you can easily walk along the coastal paths to plays Blanca & Marina Rubicon so near restaurants if you go for half board option.

The H10 White Suites is in a great location close to the marina in Playa Blanca. From the minute we arrived, the staff were very welcoming and professional to us both. We were shown to our beautiful suite, in a quiet area not far from the pool, which comprised a modern, large bedroom, separate lounge area, two wall mounted TVs (with International and British Channels) a bathroom with walk-in shower whichwas beautifully appointed. Our suite was kept spotlessly clean by staff during our stay. The landscaped pool area had a very relaxed feel, with plenty of comfortable sunbeds. We had opted for the all inclusive package and were not disappointed. The variety and quality of food at all meals was first rate with speciality dishes cooked to order every day. The bars served branded drinks which was a surprise for us, and we found the evening entertainments was of a high standard. All the staff seemed very happy and well trained and could not have been more helpful in making our stay so enjoyable. An exceptionally well run hotel with all the facilities and more, that you would expect in a 4 star hotel. We cant wait to return.

I can only echo the experience of o most other reviewers. Sparkling clean everywhere with fresh flowers in all public areas, excellent choice of food, friendly, extremely efficient staff, comfortable accommodation with incredibly comfortable beds and, in the very attractive pool area, the most amazing luxurious sunbeds. We were particularly impressed with the speed and efficiency of the staff in the restaurant. They were all working under pressure most mornings and evenings but were unfailingly courteous and calm, preparing tables, replenishing dishes etc.. All the staff seemed to work very harmoniously together and the managers on duty worked as hard as every other member of staff. I had emailed ahead to ask for a quiet, second floor suite with evening sun and was given exactly what I had asked for. We had stayed in Playa Blanca 5 times previously ,each visit in a different hotel and this hotel was easily our favourite. We had a supermarket literally across the road (for bottled water and anything else that was required): there was a bus route that did a loop round the resort every half hour with a bus stop yards from the hotel (and a maximum fare per person of 1.40 euros), and the beautiful Playa Dorada just 5 minutes walk away. We were staying at the hotel during the time of the Calima, when the wind was blowing up to 75mph and the Islands were covered in sand from the Sahara. It was said to be the worst Calima for decades and the first major one in Lanzarote for 18 years. It was horrendous, the beautiful pool area and the pools were covered in red sand and looked as if they would never come clean. The staff were fantastic and some stayed up all one night to restore the hotel and grounds to their pristine best. Also the cleaning staff indoors worked similarly hard to get rid of the sand in the suites and on the balconies. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay and hope to return next year.

We visited for one week in early February. The hotel was ideally located for nearby beaches and central to all areas of Playa Blanca. Our room which was a suite was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfy and the Nespresso coffee machine a nice touch. The bathroom was very clean and modern although some shelving to hold personal toiletries would be useful. The wardrobes could have been of slightly better quality but they were spacious. The food was excellent with a wide variety of choices which varied each day. We found both the dining and buffet areas got quite crowded at both breakfast and evening dinner. However, the staff all worked extremely hard to wait tables and keep the buffet area fully stocked. The pool bar also sold lovely light lunches although buffet lunch in the main dining room was also on offer. We chose to be fully inclusive for our stay and found this to be great value for money including the range of alcoholic drinks being of premium quality. The staff are all very friendly and hard working with no areas lacking their attention. All in all a lovely stay at a lovely hotel.

Very friendly, helpful staff, beautiful fresh and clean rooms, with plenty space to relax in. We arrived at 10pm and we were ushered into the restaurant to ensure we did not go to bed hungry, the staff could not have been kinder, after we finished our meal we were then takne to our room and they made sure that everything was okay there for us. Fantastic service. The whole place had a 'nothing is too much bother' vibe about it. We celebrated the New Year with a wonderful array of canapes and cocktails then on into an amazing banquet (the kitchen and restaurant staff must have worked their socks off all day to prepare such a bountiful and delicious meal). The hotel had laid on entertainment round the pool area where we could dance the night away, with fireworks at midnight along with party bags and 12 grapes to eat as the bells went (lovely Spanish tradition). We would definitley book this hotel again on the basis that we really could not find fault with any of it and it is also in a great location for access to the town, walks and beach. Amazing, thank you H10 White Suites staff for all you do.

We had a 3 night stay here at the end of January and booked a week before, opting for all inclusive. The hotel was only a 25 min transfer from the airport and we were the first hotel to stop at which was great, it was longer on the way home though. The weather was fab and felt hotter than expected at 22 degrees C.
The all inclusive is SO worth it. We always go for AI anyway but this time we noted down the cost of everything we ate/drank and without AI we actually would have spent €528 just on food and drink alone. This includes the best cocktails we’ve had abroad and premium spirits (Belvedere, Disaronno, Malibu, etc). We enjoyed cava on arrival and every night with our dinner.
Breakfast had a great choice but our favourite was having lunch at the pool bar outside. This isn’t your standard pool bar buffet, this is waiter service and has a menu with a great choice of paninis, burgers, pizza, salads, baguettes, nachos.
The pool area and sun loungers were so relaxing and is a very peaceful area. This would not suit big groups of people going away for a boozy break. This hotel is perfect for couples looking to relax. We were a couple of 25yrs and did get a few comments from the older guests that we must be bored and feel out of place, not at all. All guests were very friendly and chatty with us.
We would definitely return and hope to soon. The only niggle for management to read is that our room wasn’t cleaned on our first full day there (we didn’t complain as we got to the room about 5:30pm and wanted to get ready) though I’m sure they would have come straight away. And there was a few ants near the fridge.
