Returned To Timanfaya Palace for the first time in 2 years, it was lovely to be back. The staff are superb at this hotel they really make sure you have a fantastic holiday. We were there as 3 couples and Pepe in the restaurant was superb, his attention to detail is amazing and not just with us he certainly makes you feel welcome. Most of the bar staff have remained since the enforced closure, Jose, Jesus are the 2 stand out characters but everyone of them are hard working, not to forget Angel of course. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t too good but this didn’t detract from the great week we had. Looking forward to our next visit in February just hoping nothing stops it!! As always The General Manager runs a superb hotel and long may that continue.
We stayed at Timanfaya Palace for the third time between 15th and 23rd August. What an utterly superb hotel. We celebrated our 31st wedding anniversary and were looked after well, with fizz and chocolates in the room on our anniversary and an a la carte meal. We knew what to expect and the Palace again exceeded our expectations. Best things about the hotel include a great shallow pool to lounge around in with our drinks, lots of sunbed availability so no need to get up early, excellent food and excellent location, near a clean beach. We ventured up to the top of the local volcano for sunrise one day (a good 40 minute walk) and it was spectacular. Back in time for breakfast at 10. Food was varied and tasty. Room was large, clean and well appointed, with a wonderful private balcony to enjoy the sunsets. All great so far, but our favourite feature was the friendly and helpful staff. Excellent service all the time. What a difference it makes to have such great service. The lady in Mikes Coffee bar was wonderful and she makes the best strawberry milkshakes and lattes we have ever had. Entertainment was low key, classy and just what the doctor ordered for relaxation. This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in and as proof we are booking it again to celebrate a big birthday in October. Thanks to all the team who made another stay at this hotel so special.…
Just returned from a three night stay at the Timanfaya Palace.. We were all inclusive, a new experience for us… but definitely worth the money.. branded spirits, delicious cocktails and generous measures… The hotels location is amazing, the pools are beautiful and everything is very clean.. The staff work so incredibly hard, and make you feel so welcome, big shout out to the entertainment team, cocktail making in the pool bar at lunchtime was brilliant.. Angel, who served us and took the time to chat, even when busy and Africa Gomez in the main restaurant…very sweet, polite and hard working… My partner and I felt very humbled to be waited on and looked after so well.. Thank you Timanfaya Palace xx

Absolutely love the hotel, staff etc, our first visit here my absolute only complaint would be, they charge too much for the drinks. Great if you're all inclusive, you get premium drinks top of the range spirits, but if your half board well different story, 4 euros for a 125ml glass of very mediocre wine, shame as you go to the little bars down the road and get a really good 175ml glass of good wine for 3 euros, please think about doing better.
