We travelled as a family of 10 (3 generations) with 3 deluxe 2 bedroom bungalows. Considering we are in a global pandemic the experience was just perfect. The staff were so welcoming and could not do enough for us. We were given our own table from the start which was particularly useful because we had a wheelchair user as part of our party. Just as described there was an all inclusive bar open throughout our stay which was self service. The pool bar was open in the evenings but we had access to drinks and snacks throughout the day. Given how short staffed due to COVID the hotel was they were so kind always noticing when the beers were running low and bringing more, often without asking. The accommodation was clean and had everything needed - very spacious with 3 showers, one being over the bath and therefore met all of our accessibility needs. With the wheelchair every area was accessible with wide slopes to use for getting around. Another member of our party was also struggling to walk so we hired a mobility scooter which made everything that little bit easier to enjoy. All areas of the complex were kept incredibly clean - the pool area was always beautiful and was well attended by the lifeguards who were excellent at ensuring everyone’s safety by upholding the pool rules with regards to numbers and inflatables. We never needed to get up early to put our towels on sunbeds because there were always enough available (and this was not allowed although others misused this) The food was fabulous- always a great range to choose from and 2 dishes to choose for the evening menu. The staff worked tirelessly from breakfast to the end of dinner service to ensure everyone had everything fresh and with plenty to choose from. The waiting staff were so attentive and looked after us every day. We enjoyed walks into the town and being 1/2 mile from the beach we watched the sunrise most mornings or went for a run along the promenade - again this was immaculately kept. All we wanted from our holiday was a space to enjoy sunshine, a pool to cool off, good food and drinks and a safe space for us all to enjoy time together and that’s exactly what this holiday provided.

Property's Favourite Review
Fantastic apartments , and very clean and everything we expected. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which being a family is excellent! Furthermore, additionally on arrival to the apartments, at reception, they didn’t make us aware that the buffet wasn’t open at lunchtime due to covid19, however it was the pool bar menu. Which on our first day, we went for lunch thinking it was, buffet as it had previously, but instead it was the pool bar menu. Which we thought was adequate and good choice. But then during the week the buffet opened. Correspondingly, food in the evening was okay, their was plenty to choose from, but for the alla-cart their was a limited of 2 choices which on some occasions, was really nice, but then on others we found it wasn’t very nice. The food in the evening, I would rate 4.5-5 which given the pandemic i think is fair. Their needs to be more choices or the all’s-cart instead of 2 as previously when stayed their was 3. And also, need to ensure that their are allergen free choices because you have to take into account of that. But all in all it was a fabulous relaxing holiday!

My wife and I stayed here for two weeks from the 25th of September in bungalow number seven. When we arrived the reception was closed but the bar staff sorted everything out and even helped with our luggage, in the morning the reception staff explained that because of Covid restrictions things were slightly different, this didn’t take away from the holiday. The bungalow was clean spacious and well maintained we had a very large terrace with three sun loungers and a hot tub which was very private, the restaurant was different because of the restrictions, breakfast was a buffet but lunch was a menu and dinner was a combination of both but there was a pick of a fish or meat dish, the food was excellent always well cooked and delicious. Need to mention the staff, all the staff were friendly and helpful and special mention to Arturo, Maria and Hicham who always made us feel welcome. Overall we had a great time at this hotel despite the restrictions and would love to return in the future.

The rating of 4 takes into account the current global situation, under different circumstances this would be a lot lower. I think people considering this hotel need to know the available facilities so they can decide whether it's value for money. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the flexibility to cancel, we travelled 2 days after a government travel review, so had Spain turned red we could have cancelled with no financial penalty. The rooms are really good, very private terraces, adequate kitchens, nice bathrooms with a good shower and the maids kept it really clean. We had a great view from our room (number 6). The aircon was also a massive plus in the very high temperatures whilst we were there. The grounds are nice, kept immaculate by the gardeners and cleaners, indeed the whole place was very clean. The pool was nice, smaller than expected and it had no shade at all. We went half board, however we already planned to eat out often in the evening, the website advised we could have lunch instead of dinner with 24hrs notice, but this proved difficult due to the limited hours for reception. The reception wasn't even open when we arrived, meaning we had to wander around with our cases whilst the restaurant tried to find someone to let us into our room. The jacuzzi at the pool was drained and not in operation for our entire stay, as were the lovely fountains in the hotel pictures. The SPA and gym are currently closed. The pool bar is only open 7pm till 10pm ( was 11pm but changed half way through our stay ), there is no entertainment, which meant no real evening atmosphere. Breakfast was OK, evening meal options were only 1 meat or 1 fish dish, although I did see them cater for vegans. If you didn't fancy either option the buffet was 2 different pizza options, 1 pasta option or chicken nuggets, or various forms of salad. We ate in the hotel 5 times across 15 nights, I wouldn't be happy if I paid for all inclusive, but the food was OK for half board. We did think the drinks were expensive though (price list in photos), so we were out the majority of the time. Staff were all lovely and helpful and the same few were there all the time. We would go back for the right price, but our expectations would be to treat it more like a villa with breakfast and the odd dinner.

Lovely large & well appointed apartment with great views that was cleaned daily. The food & service was second to none. All staff were very hard working & friendly and went out of their way to be helpful at all times. Highly recommend this quiet and very well run resort.
