Stayed 1 night with a child. Unfriendly atmosphere and ice-cold room. Switching radiators on did not helped. Same is true for the bathroom. For the child’s bed we had to pay an extra 30e: while the third bed was in the room constantly, and after the stay they demanded to pay for it, and also for the drink spilled on a blanket. Children here apparently are not expected at all. We won’t go here anymore.

Nice small hotel with comfortable rooms at a reasonable price. No exuberant luxury (although our room had a bubble bath!) but clean and equipped with all necessary items. Breakfast is typically Dutch (not a lot of cooked items) but there is enough variety of bread and pastry as well as fresh fruits. Restaurants, bars and shops are within easy walking distance and so is the beach. It is labeled as 4 star but frankly, who needs a mini bar when the real bars are open until late. And who needs a trouser press and iron when all you should bring is outdoors gear.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a bubble bath, it is a great extra and does not cost more, I think.

Breakfast is fresh and has sufficient choise. Coffee is good. Room and bathroom are recently refurbished (modern and light) an are well maintained and clean. There is an elevator for those who require it. Since March 2018 the restaurant "Passie" is (re-)opened. The name Pasion describes it very good. The daymenu and wines are very good and priced at a pleasing level. Parking is available and free. Location is perfect, close to the village car free area and the beach. All staff are friendly, kind and welcoming. Highly recommendable for a nice stay.

The stay is expensive when compared to the size of the rooms. The women of the staff are very very nice. The proximity to the beach makes this place worthwhile.LOcation wise it's great with a decent breakfast.

I'll start with the good. The hotel has it's own parking, which is convenient. The location is also good, as it's really close to the shopping & restaurants street and also the beach. Now the bad. When you pay 160 EUR per night, you expect certain things in your bedroom. Our bedroom didn't have air conditioning, a mini-bar or even a kettle to make tea / coffee. This was really disappointing.
