Architecturally one of the most attractive - if not the most! - buildings in Port Stanley, the bed and breakfast you will experience on the inside is also classy and lovely, with an unusual degree of attention to detail to the decor, furnishings and availability of various items to make the visitor feel welcome and comfortable. All this in addition...

Thanks, so glad you enjoyed, and it was Jon that cooked your perch! He's the one that does a good job on that!

The Telegraph House was a perfect getaway for my sisters and I. The beds were very comfortable. There were 3 staying in our room and they were able to accommodate us with a pull out sofa. I must say it was the most comfortable pull out I have ever slept on. The breakfast was fantastic. My sisters and I all...

My wife and I stayed there in Feb, and found the environment and the family who own it to be very inviting, and to have a great attention to detail with our stay. The FOOD…. OH the food was WONDERFUL. They have a chalkboard with a few “specials” that my wife and I found to be some of the best...

My husband and I visited from Alberta and had the pleasure to stay overnight on Thanksgiving weekend 2016. The hosts of Telegraph House have found a wonderful way to blend old (historical décor) and new (bathroom facilities). The service is friendly, and the breakfasts fresh and enjoyable. The atmosphere was memorable - thank you to the owners (previous restaurant owners)....

My daughter and I enjoyed a lovely mother daughter day in Port Stanley on September 10th and our stay at the Telegraph House capped off the experience. We walked and shopped in the small shops on Main Street and found some lovely things. We enjoyed a fabulous lunch at The New New Age cafe and a great latte at one...

We have stayed at the Telegraph House on four occasions and each time it gets better(if that is possible). Vicci and Jon provide a warm welcome to their beautiful, luxurious and comfortable heritage home. Jon prepares the best breakfasts (from an extensive menu) that we have ever eaten. The location is perfect with easy access to all local attractions and...

This place is perfect for a quick getaway or an extended stay! We live maybe 40 minutes away but felt like we had travelled to an exotic destination. The food and atmosphere were amazing, and the combination of what we both consider the best breakfast and service we've had in a long time just brought it all home. The room...

We have been to lots of B&B's but the Telegraph House is definitely at the top of the list! The owners, John and Vicci, have lovingly restored this charming home. Our room was spacious and our bath had BOTH a soaking tub and shower...and there was even a "towel warmer". For breakfast, we had a menu to choose from, and the...

A romantic and perfect getaway for us. Service was outstanding. Quiet and peaceful. The house has a lot of character, every detail fits perfectly, you feel like you are in the past, a very good one. Breakfast? Simply awesome, just made for you. We will be coming back.
