We had a very pleasant stay at Fothergills on Mimiha. Bev and Hilton are very friendly people and they did everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The room was very clean and well equipped. Breakfast and dinner were delicious with lots of fresh produce from their own garden. I can recommend this b&b to anyone.

We chose Fothergills to end a physically demanding golfing holiday and were totally rewarded beyond our expectations. Bev is an energetic, talented, inspirational lady. Hilton is a good ole kiwi bloke who enjoys humorous banter and a good yarn. The dinner and breakfast Bev presented us with was delicious, complemented with her amazing preserves. We will definitely visit and stay...

Peaceful, private location in beautiful garden in a refreshingly unspoiled part of the New Zealand coast. Every need was catered for by the very friendly hosts. Very comfortable bed and the well equiped kitchenette was a bonus. Delicious breakfast!

Bev and Hilton are fabulous hosts and their garden is truly a labour of love. The roses are stunning and so healthy. The location is peaceful and breathtaking. Bev is a dab hand in the kitchen and serves up a delicious Devonshire tea. Nothing is a bother. Well worth a visit.

From the moment we arrived our hosts made us feel very welcome. A lovely relaxing location, away from traffic and the hustle & bustle of usual modern life. Great accommodation & extensive garden to wander around. Not only that, almost everything in the garden is used for Bev's culinary delights for the breakfasts & meals. Also they produce an array of...

Me, DH and a couple of friends stayed here after a long tiring day. Bev gave us such a warm welcome. We arrived late so couldn't meet Hilton till the next morning. But glad we booked this B&B and got a chance to meet such a wonderful couple. The Breakfast that they served along with their friendly talks just made...

My sister and I took our Dad here for a night last weekend. We were so pleased to have found this place, it was like a home away from home.
