Great little spot to check out in the perfect location of Nosara. You are 'south guiones' so a little more chill than the main block where all the shops are, but great restaurants and bars and surf shacks nearby. The best restaurant / cafe we hit was actually at the living its the little coffee shop they have on property....

We just returned from one of the most relaxing vacation we have taken as a family in years. The Living Hotel was our home base. The hotel is small but is simple, elegant and relaxing setting. It was clean and comfortable with a great housekeeping staff. The reception was handled by an exceptionally friendly staff that arranged transportation to and...

We loved our stay at Living Hotel. My family of 6 all stayed comfortably and everyone that worked there was extremely nice and welcoming- we feel into a great routine and the hotel had everything we needed. Yoga, Sufboard room, cafe onsite. It was perfect - thank you!

I stayed at Living Hotel for five nights during Christmas holidays. I was very happy there. The hotel has well designed layouts and the ground is beautifully kept. There is a pool in center and all the cabins were tucked in behind the rush trees and plants, and it reminded me of a resort I stayed in Indonesia. I never...

To start with the positives: lovely setting ... sorry, that should have been a positive (singular). For the price of the room - we paid $225 + taxes for a small room that looked out onto the building in front of us - it was way too over priced. Upon arrival, we met a guy at reception who showed us...

Hi Bridget, it's Riccardo. I checked you in. I am so sorry that you felt abandoned. That is definitely not the way we want our guests to feel. It's true, I have four different businesses and it's hard for me to always give the proper attention to each one of them. I guess in the madness of the Christmas holiday...

Our drive to Nosara surprisingly involved crossing three rivers .... without bridges - take the highway ! As a result we arrived after 5 pm. Luckily we were meeting someone who informed the hotel we would be late so they left our key at the mini mart ... No note , no welcome and no lights along the dark path...

Hi Laura. While I'm very sorry you didn't enjoy your stay with us and I wish you had a better experience, I feel some of your statements aren't fair and I'm taking the opportunity to point them out. Obviously it is not our fault that your drive to Nosara crossing rivers without bridges was long and difficult. You probably took...

I'm a little late writing this review but better late than never. I did a lot of research before arriving on what hotel to stay at. After reading many reviews I decided to stay at Living Hotel. When I arrived (planned to stay for two weeks) - I realized I had booked the hotel for a month later! It was...

We enjoyed our stay at Living Hotel - the room and pool were great, we loved the complimentary yoga class, it's a short walk from the beach and lots of good places to eat nearby. Only downside was the cafe was closed so there were limited options for breakfast (although the lady there made us some fantastic smoothie bowls from...

I love this hotel. Nosara is a quiet town that we really enjoyed. This hotel has simply decorated rooms but the property itself is engulfed in green plants and a really nice pool. The staff was all very nice as well. The food at the hotel is incredible. My husband dreams about the Living Coffee they make as well. We...

After having read some really positive reviews about this hotel on Trip Advisor and booking.com we went ahead and made out reservation. Firstly, positives: 1. The hotel grounds are serene - palm trees line a pretty swimming pool, and the accommodations have tables and sofas outside where guests can chill out. 2. The room was small, but well presented and...
