Reservamos o Hotel Florence e o proprietário Juan Carlos nos recebeu. Staff muito bom! Ele nos levou para outro hotel recém inaugurado. Super bonito, bem decorado, ar condicionado bom, porém a internet oscilava bastante e o box do banheiro ficou entupido. Mas com o tempo acredito que será sanado. Outro ponto a ser considerado é que os hotéis não têm água quente em Santa Ana. Fora isso, é Bem localizado e gostamos muito do hotel e da recepção.
