Soulless place. On a very busy road and unless you get a room at the back, your view is a petrol station, trucks, buses etc. it’s noisy, they even provide ear plugs it’s so noisy. To have any privacy you have to leave the blinds down so you are effectively paying for a noisy, dimly lit box. It’s too far to walk to anything of interest. Supposed to be a business hotel but WiFi was terrible. The only thing I can say is that it’s clean.

This is a very nice hotel in Santa Ana. It is modern and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is good. It is on a main road and our room was on the front. It was loud for most of the day/night. The walls are very thin. We could hear the tv in the room next door.

My wife and I stayed at Remfort during our stay in Santa Ana and were completely satisfied with the hotel itself and mainly with their great Staff. First I spoke to Monica on the phone to make our reservation and then met the other members of the fabulous Staff when we arrived there. We would like to extremely highly commend Wendy, Angie, Luis, Javier, the girl in charge of serving the breakfast, the very nice lady in House Keeping with whom we chatted a lot, the other two gentlemen who made recommendations, as well as Wendy, to visit the restaurant on top of the mountain in order to enjoy the beautiful views of the volcanoes, and all the other members of this great hotel. Te agradecemos mucho a ti, Wendy, al igual que a todos los componentes de ese gran equipo de empleados por todas las atenciones y amabilidad que tuvieron nosotros. Beautiful new hotel in Santa Ana. My husband and I vacationed in El Salvador in March/April, 2021 and loved it! Our visit to Sana Ana was lovely and the Hotel Remfort was part of that! GREAT location and very nice and clean. The staff was so nice and the poolside breakfast was lovely!! It's a short walk (about .5 mile) to the main plaza where there's lots of people watching, some small restaurants and a beautiful church and theater! Thanks Hotel Remfort!

I recently staid at Hotel Remfort for Valentine’s Day as I had some business the next day in Santa Ana. I was very pleased with my stay and will do this again in the upcoming months. They offered a special for the occasion of a bottle of wine, chocolate, grapes, and cheese for 10$ and it was very nicely presented, and the wine was good, and they even scattered hearts on the bed. My new wife was very pleased, Well Done Remfort. The hotel is modern, well-maintained, suited for business travel, and the WiFi works. The breakfast was good by the pool, and the pool water is very cold. I felt comfortable with the cleanliness and their safety measures for the virus as well. There is no restaurant so order from the pizza/pastry shop next door early as they close at 8:00, I missed dinner. Santa Ana shuts down early.…

We stayed at The Remfort for 6 nights and loved it! It’s very, very clean and they are very professional. We asked for an inside room and it was very nice and quiet. Their breakfast was delicious and the servers always very kind. They also have private parking with guards to watch your vehicle. I recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Santa Ana. A three star hotel with clean rooms and free breakfast and good service. Unfortunately the smoke detector in our room started beeping in the middle of the night due to low battery but the guy at the reception came within one minute of complaining and removed it. The breakfast is served at a cafe next door but it is conceited internally

I travel for work and stay at many different business class hotels in the US and Hotel Remfort is equal or better, comfy beds and clean rooms, plenty of hot water, very modern and new. The staff is excellent! They are all extremely helpful and do a great job. Laundry service is available $1 for shirts and pants 50 cents for underwear and small items. Very Safe there are guards (armed) on duty 24 hours Breakfast was excellent also. The staff at Mix, which is the coffee shop that is attached to Remfort cooked Eggs, toast, pupusa, beans, and fresh fruits and juices. Everything was delicious or muy rico The only downside is the noise from the street at night - bring ear plugs or ask the front desk.

You won’t regret this stay. Is very beautiful , and the staff was very polite. The hotel is very modern, and it has breakfast. The pool and room were breathtaking. It has a gas station in front of the hotel. It also has a guard outside of the hotel the whole night.

We were a medical team of 32 working on the outskirts of Santa Ana. We may have taken over the whole hotel! We had a lovely, seamless stay. From check-in to check-out we had a great experience. Beautiful, sleek rooms, immaculately clean. The staff was very accommodating. Rooms on the street were a bit noisy, but inner rooms were quiet.
