So my wife and I are having our ceremonial wedding here and every attempt to contact this venue/location after they received our money has gone nowhere. They have been a ghost as far as coordination and information leading up to our most special day. Every attempt we try to reach out, they are nowhere to be found or heard from. It's a beautiful location so it's a shame we have to leave such a terrible review due to the staff/management/ownership not willing to follow up and reach out to help us achieve our dream wedding.

Wedding ring of a colleague was stolen and the hotel had the nerve of accusing her of lying. Took two days to even get them to review the security cameras, which of course did not actually cover the relevant area at the time of the theft. Lovely location and view, but the service and quality of food are not at the level the hotel pretends to be. We rented the entire place, over a dozen rooms/apartments at both the residence and the hotel that is linked to it. At the residence, there was no housekeeping and absolutely no flexibility even for a group that just brought them over 7’000 dollars. We will not go back for corporate events or privately.

Muy lindas instalaciones, las habitaciones cómodas y espaciosas. La vista, espectacular. En nuestra experiencia, el personal fue amable. Lamenté un poco el volumen de la música que programó el encargado del bar desde media mañana, no permitía descansar incluso en las habitaciones. Hay que estar muy claros que casi todo el hotel cuenta con áreas compartidas con el resto de huéspedes. Si regresaríamos, por la vista y el acceso al lago.

I believe the investment has a great potential. Well appointed accommodation with a Spectacular view of Coatepeque Lake. However, it needs better management and more client attention. Staff tried their best but need some training.

Junto con mi esposa pudimos compartir celebración familiar. La arquitectura del lugar es muy moderna y digna de disfrutar. Puedes sentir la majestuosidad del lago de Coatepeque, en su totalidad. Ideal para obtener buenas fotografías.

Las instalaciones son muy cómodas, linda piscina y puedes saltar al agua del lago que es totalmente refrescante. El amanecer en el lago vale la pena, es lleno de paz. Sin embargo, recomiendo el lugar entre la semana, ya que en el fin de semana es muy solicitado y no te permite apreciar la paz de las instalaciones y el lugar. Te permiten llevar tus bebidas y comida, y aunque tienen restaurante no es muy bueno ( si tienes buen paladar). El servicio es muy amable y te dan ganas de regresar

Es un lugar increíble con unas hermosas instalaciones, vista increíble y la comida es deliciosa siempre veo comentarios negativos con el servicio pero en nuestras visitas que han sido dos veces el personal es súper amable y atento!

I was really looking forward to our stay at Cardedeu and applaud the investors for creating a decent option to stay in at the lake. With that said, there were many elements that are easy to correct and could make them a true boutique option: - Bathrooms: One tiny light in the bathroom made it feel like a 1 star bathroom. - Paint: While the infrastructure of the building is really nice, the paint jobs throughout are very poor - Shared pool with hotel: the pool is very small and cold, but the upsetting part is that guest of Cardedeu hotel (not the residence) could also use the amenities and made it feel crowded - taking away the exclusivity of the residence. - Hotel upkeep and service: stained sheets with cigarettes holes, deteriorated furniture, lack of staff after hours, lack of towels at the pool - simple elements that are visible throughout the hotel, exposed wires. - a lot of stairs: the hotel is built on a hill and as such has a lot of stairs, with no elevator. This can be particularly hard for the older guests or kids. -Breakfast: consisted only of cereal, toast, cookies and coffee. Fruit could be an easy add in, given the location All in all, I would probably stay again at the hotel, but given the current upkeep, cannot consider it more than a 3 star option.…

Nos hospedamos en Cardedeu Hotel a 3.7 km de cardedeu residence siempre sobre la calle alrededor del lago con vista increíble pero sin acceso a este. El lugar es muy bonito habitaciones cómodas y cama grande Ac funcionando super bien la piscina es bonita lastima que no tiene sistema de filtrado pues estaba muy turbia el agua.... Puedo decir que tratan de ahorrar centavos pues no nos dieron un jabón nuevo... Solo utilizamos el shampoo liquido que esta en la ducha.... No hay servicio a la habitación y no dan información de nada no dijeron que servían el desayuno en el pasillo ni tampoco que cerraban el portón a las 7 pm en la noche no hay nada de ambiente.... Se nota una pobre administración sin embargo las instalaciones son bonitas

Nos encantó Alquilamos habitación doble , tiene cocina y todo sus implementos Habitaciones con baño individual. Toallas ropa de cama . Aire acondicionado , tv. Y una vista espectacular al lago . Piscina helada ejjejeje pero luego con sol calienta . Hay desayuno de tostadas café! Jugo y cereal. Hay kayak disponibles sin costo alguno . Hay un bistro que abre tipo 10 am. Ambiente agradable . El servicio sanatorio falla un poco a las Habitaciones de arriba pero solucionable.
